I reached out to Cari for legal assistance after my ex-husband served me with demands for an out-of-state visitation agreement for our teenage daughter. At the time, I had full physical/legal custody and my daughter was against the proposed travel schedule.
Cari was a fierce advocate for both of us. She expertly managed a tense situation with compassion and strength. She stayed level-headed and expertly navigated negotiations no matter what the other side threw at us.

David was great in helping my boyfriend and I close on a house. He is a very patient man and very helpful in understanding that my boyfriend preferred to email/text instead of call. During the closing process, David helped us understand how everything works in layman's terms. He also made sure to check in every now and then to see if the lenders would push through earlier, but again, David was very patient even when we were not.
Overall, David Liberty is the guy to go to when you want something done. He does well in explaining everything and will make sure that you are getting what you need/want for a good reason. I thank those who introduced me to David Liberty since he is a genuine man to work with.

I needed an attorney to handle some UTMA accounts that my mother left to my grandchildren. I needed to become the new custodian and was having a major problem finding someone who knew what to do and also which state to do it in. I live in Texas and was travelling to Illinois on an estate matter and was able to find Stephanie. Although this was not a routine situation, she was able to navigate the process and get the matter settled. I found her rate to be very reasonable.

First time using Zeidman & Carpenter for a real estate closing and it won't be the last! Lee and Corrie were great communicators during this super quick 7 day closing requested by the buyer. Lee had to navigate finding a surveyor who could get the property surveyed quickly which he did before I was able to utilize my contacts in this area at a very reasonable price. They were fantastic to work with and am looking forward to the next real estate transaction.

This review is several months overdue, but I wanted to make sure that I wrote it. Rarely does the need for a lawyer come with good reason or good feeling. My situation was no different.
I found myself in a traffic ticket predicament at a time when I needed to be out of state visiting my dying brother. I had no time to handle this, and certainly very little emotional reserve to deal with the additional stress. Ted Hammel was recommended to me by a very trustworthy source, so I made the call. I discussed my case briefly with him and his assistant. They said they would handle things for me. I really had no choice but to trust what I was being told. In addition, my assigned court date ended up falling on what was to be the same day as my brother's funeral the next month, also out of state. Again, they assured me that they would take care of things and that I should focus on my family. That's easy to say sometimes, but not so easy to do. However, in this case, not only did Mr. Hammel and his office take care of appearing to represent me, but they successfully negotiated decisions on my behalf, in what could have been a very tricky and less-than-ideal outcome for me. Of course, I was extremely relieved to have such favorable results, but truly, more than that was the kind and generous humanity shown to me during a devastating personal time. I was given the gift of being able to trust in the capabilities and professionalism of Ted and his office and leave it in his hands, while my mind was far away, and my energy needed to be elsewhere. If it's reasonable to say something that should have been unpleasant turned into an experience that allowed me to feel thankful and grateful, then this is it. For the purpose of this review, I would not hesitate for a second to recommend Ted Hammel to anyone in need of his expertise. Do yourself a favor, and make sure that you call his office if you find yourself needing a lawyer.

Joseph was very helpful with us on getting our security deposit back from our landlord. Gave us all the information we needed and what to expect when it comes to settlements and court cases if needed. He was very helpful in answering our questions we had about certain legal things we didn’t understand properly. He was very kind and he’s Law firm was helpful and very kind from the beginning when filing the settlement. He was very successful on getting our claim settlement settled with the landlords. We ended up recovering x3 more than what our security deposit was. I highly recommend Jospeh for any legal Issues you may have or if anyone you know has legal issues. He is very successful on getting the work accomplished, very kind and very responsive and always keeps you up to date with your legal issue. He gets the job done!

I owned a townhouse, which I have been renting for over ten years renting. Recently, after encountering multiple issues with the tenant and rental property management company, I'd decided to not rent it ever again, but to sell it.
