Funny the only 2 star review is from someone who received free services. Anyways, I used Roman for a complexed business sale which consisted of the sale of shares, conversions, promissory notes and many other obstacles. During the process Roman was knowledgeable, professional and informed me every step along the way. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of with time or money, it was a very positive experience.

I use his service probably 10years ago. Again I need to serve a 3-day notice to my tenant. He explained to me why and how should we do it over the phone. Since English is not my first language he sent me an email explain the all process again. When I decided to proceed he acted very quick. My overall experience is I always get prompt reponse and detail information I need and feel he is trust worthy. If I have to use any legal service in the future ( of course, I hope not) I will definite contact him again.

I am a Canadian citizen and on April of 2012, I purchased a second home in the Palm Desert area. Mr Hedstrom assisted me (as the plaintiff) in a dispute in small claims court pertaining to a home I had rented for two months (January and March). Mr Hedstrom was instrumental in the positive outcome that was achieved on May 16, 2012 in the Superior Court of California Riverside County. Although he could not represent me in the court room, he had taken the time to meet with me on two occasions prior to the trial date to explain my legal rights (civil codes, etc.) as they pertained to my case. Furthermore, he insisted that I attend the proceedings of the same court room to familiarize myself and thus become more comfortable with the nature of the proceedings in cases such as mine. Thirty days after the judgement was rendered in my case I contacted Mr Hedstrom to indicate to him that I had not received my monetary settlement. As a result, Mr Hedstrom took it upon himself to insure me that he would 'deal with it' on my behalf. I am a retired surgeon who is now a real estate investor. I have retained numerous lawyers in my career- be they specialists in either real estate, tax or corporate. I have never had the pleasure of meeting a professional as thorough as Mr Hedstrom who I feel takes such a personal interest in his clients' affairs. I attribute this to both his professionalism and humanity. I enlisted his services throughout the month of April and May of 2012 for the small claims matter and in May 2012 for a matter regarding the establishment of a real estate trust fund. I endeavour to retain him when I return in October of 2012 (for 6 months) to represent me in a business joint venture in the Palm Desert area.

Do not hire or give any money to this man! He is forgetful and his communication is atrocious. I paid him to take my case back in July. The date for the trail was pushed back many times, which I was ok with, but the communication of these delays was nonexistent. Every time I called his office and as to speak with him, the women (one being his wife) at the desk would put me on hold, tell him I was calling, and then come back and say he was unavailable. He ended up losing me the case and costing me over $500 in tickets, plus the $250 I wasted on him. DO NOT HIRE!
