It's really tough to try to put into words just how much I appreciate everything Stu, Eric and Evan at Stuart E. Shelton Injury Law have done for me by representing me in my personal injury case! Incompetant, frustratingly slow, and poor communication. I have watched with disbelief how Lacey has first bungled and then dragged their feet on a simple estate probate case my husband entrusted them with. My husband Stuart BW, is too mild mannered to hire another lawyer to sue Lacey Group for having filed the paperwork under the wrong name and all the other bungles that have dragged this case on much longer than it should have. Don’t entrust your business to this group until they get their act together. We feel screwed by their lack of responsiveness.

I needed to update my will and health care power of attorney due to changes in my living situation. I found that Mr. Hofstad and his staff were very helpful from my first consultation through completion. They were prompt and efficiently completed the modifications within my budget and timeline. Zack was such a huge help to me in my time of need. Mr. Mount handled a small collection matter for my business. His work was quick, effortless from my end, and ended in a positive manner. It cost considerably less than I had anticipated. But for the failures of the court system in completing their paperwork (isn't that a surprise), I would have considered this matter completely painless. As it was, he followed through and got the situation handled despite the problems, with no additional cost to us.

They will drag you on and on and never answer the phone. They will tell you 100 times that they will “get back to you” and then never do. They will only waste your time. I DO NOT reccomend this place.
