I can't recommend Hanna-Aurelia enough. I had so many negative experiences trying to find an attorney to help with two different situations.
I got told to forget it, twenty five thousand dollars wasn't enough to bother with. I got put on hold, getting monthly bills but no results. The other situation was a friend and over and over got ignored then turned down for help.
In walks, marches, Hanna-Aurelia. She is just plain good people. She took my hand and promised to do her best, and her best is just amazing. In no time, the situation is seeing resolution.
She has been a friend, gone way beyond the call of duty. She is a brilliant woman, and even with that big heart, is tough as nails when that's what's needed.
I have had to consult with at least a half dozen attorneys the past few years, trying and trying to find help. None of them even come close to what Hanna-Aurelia does. It's like a whole other profession. Not sure what the other guys were doing. But, Hanna-Aurelia practices law. She has preserved her integrity and compassion.

Angelo represented me as I requested guardianship of an incapacitated person. He is very knowledgeable of the legal issues and explained the hearing process very clearly to me. He is personable, very thorough, and was very responsive to all questions and requests for information. He is a good communicator. Angelo did an excellent job of preparing me for the court hearing. He identified key issues and questions that he thought might be ask of me by the court. Prior to the court hearing he visited the incapacitated person so as to get to know him and more clearly be able to respond to any questions or issues that may have come up, with first hand knowledge. He communicated with a couple of relatives of the incapacitated person, who had very limited contact with him, to assure that there were no concerns on their part. The communication was very open and honest for which the relatives were very appreciative. At the hearing, I was very well prepared to testify. There were no questions from the other attorney and the judge had very few questions. My request for guardianship was granted by the judge. Angelo has a good work ethic, is honest and very capable. I would highly recommend him to anyone. It was a pleasure working with him.

Lancaster Bar Association Lawyer Referral Service recommended Matt for his knowledge of FMLA and ADA. He actively listened to quite a bit of background regarding the situation. There were patient explanations of how the law works. As my understanding increased, the situation was calmed. Am I still a bit aggravated by my employer? Sure! Above all, I 'm thankful that Matt didn't add fuel to the fire to capitalize on an intense situation.

I had also been there about 30 years ago when we had a very stressful settlement on a house. The gentleman we had straightened out the other couple. We were thankful we had settlement there instead of some place else.

Jeff did an excellent job with my mother's will and living trust. I was with her during her appointment, and he took the time to listen to her wishes and restate her requests to confirm those wishes. Jeff also informed her of all her rights and options in a way that helped us understand how she could accomplish her plans. He was very prompt in mailing out all copies and retrieving necessary signatures. We were both very pleased and would highly recommend him.

Mr. Blevins was hired to assist in the probate process. He was paid $4,100.00 upfront. Over a 2 year period... accounting errors were made... Simple requests to have copies of filed court documents mailed or emailed to administrator were entirely ignored... The law firm (Mark and his wife Jane) were contacted 18 times via email/voicemail over a 3 week period requesting verification of funeral luncheon receipt sent to them from another heir, Not 1 single call/email was returned... Everyday of the week their website states the office is OPEN... but they are never there... and no one ever answers the phone... this was common even long before the coronavirus restrictions. By this point, We had lost all confidence in Mark and his wife and felt forced to find a different attorney (at additional cost) to close out the estate.

Mark was excellent through the entire process. He is knowledgeable, conscientious, considerate, and thorough. He explained every step of the process and included all the options. He followed up with every concern and made sure that I was comfortable with each action we took through the process. While this was an emotional process for me, he was there to answer any questions. Even after the procedure was completed, he took the time to answer questions even three years later.

I have used Mr. Blevins services twice for real estate transactions. Both transactions went extremely well, and all paperwork was very clear and correct. I needed title work done, and Mr. Blevins also completed that. The other transaction was an eviction. Do not call this law firm. I am just now receiving a past due notice for an invoice from May of this year for a service that was never provided. It was promised, talked about on the phone but never delivered. The simple document I was requesting was a liability waiver release form for a tour service for my Lancaster county Business: which is now Offering guided hiking tours in beautiful Lancaster county. I never saw any kind of email from this law firm let alone document that I had requested. Somehow they are perfectly able to send invoices to my email. Interesting.
