I have known Adam Beckman for about 15 years. 12 years ago he represented me in a challenging situation and produced great results. Adam is very straightforward, a "No beat around the bush" type of lawyer. He is very thorough when explaining to a client what the options are and how to get those results. I find his fees to be fair based on the results achieved.The Beckman Law Firm is prompt in it's communication from the top down. His staff is very courteous and knowledgeable.
Today we closed a case involving my son who is incarcerated outside the State of Colorado. That made it challenging. Adam accomplished exactly what he said was possible. Inquired to see the specifics as to construction defect procedure. I am a Community Association Manager who was looking to assist my community. Shane and his team advised me on process and requirements. I was advised HF would look at my situation and it would be free of charge. Shane Fleener was understanding and did not charge for my questions. I was also assisted by Danielle Holley. She was quick in her responses and helped when Shane was unavailable. A contractor placed a lien on my property. I hired an attorney that did me wrong. Spoke with several attorneys who wouldn't handle because it was too small of case. Called Craig and he was happy to help. Because of a biased judge making a biased ruling against me, we had no choice but to go all the way to the state appeals court. We won the appeal (which also stated the lower court was wrong in their decision) due to Craig's great arguments contained in the motions of my defense. After the win from the appeals court, we were able to eventually settle the case rather than going to trial. Though it was a very long process, due to no fault of Craig's, I ultimately recovered some of the money I was due. Wouldn't have happened without Craig. If you have a civil situation, would recommend you call Craig!

Brian is the best! My former employer really went after me, saying all sorts on untruths that sounded terrible and made me look like villain. I was anxious and stressed but Brian couldn't have been more comforting and knowledgable. We won the appeal and I'm very sure I would not have on my own. On behalf of my wife and myself, we thank Brian enough from the bottom of our hearts for the work he did in getting us the insurance company coverage for our legal battle. It was truly a miracle to us. I don't know how you did it but I am not going to question it either. After reading our policy over and over we could see no way possible that the insurance company would give us any coverage for any reason. Yet Brian found a way.
