Attorney Matt Kaestner just beat my murder case in Long Beach. I was definitely in the wrong place at the wrong time. Thanks to attorney Kaestner I’m back home with my family. At first my family hired another lawyer who was either unable or unwilling to spend the time to prove my innocence. I’d like to give my thanks and deepest gratitude to the best criminal defense specialist, Mr. Matthew Kaestner. My husband was facing 15 years for a robbery he didn’t commit. The first attorney I hired had the case for 3 months, and wanted my husband to take a 7 year “deal.” I wanted a second opinion and found attorney Matthew Kaestner. Attorney Kaestner gave me hope that some hard work could prove my husband’s innocence. After I hired attorney Kaestner, he immediately began work on the case, even when he had to work late into the evening. Mr. Kaestner made my husband and I feel like the case was his priority and gave it his full attention. He thoroughly investigated the case and discovered enough evidence to prove that the alleged “victim” had lied to police. Only 27 days after Mr. Kaestner received my husband’s case, he got it completely dismissed. My family was saved. Michael Eyre did an outstanding job of representing me this summer in an ADA case regarding my family’s property in Southern California. His extensive experience in these types of cases made things run smoothly and gave me a lot of peace of mind.
Our case never went to trial because of Michael’s experience dealing with these types of cases with the addition of having battled this same attorney representing the plaintiff. That other attorney knew that it was going to be very difficult winning a case against Michael Eyre.

Here is our story: We were in one hot-real-estate-mess, with the other party of two (2) attorneys trying to hood-wink us for a lot. Two against one, from a big Irvine firm.

Bankruptcy can be stressful and depressing, as well as complicated and expensive. I was overwhelmed because it included my business and my personal. Alisa is absolutely amazing on all levels. I hated to need an attorney, but at least I was referred to a good one. Minh Nguyen met with me, heard my situation, analyzed my case, and predicted the settlement I could expect. And that's what he got me.
From what I've heard here and there, my case was pretty simple and straight-forward, compared to some, but I needed to invest little time, no up-front money, and no worry about the outcome.
Not a requirement of good service, but Minh Nguyen was pleasant to work with; always a plus.

It pains me, just a lil, to have to write this review in this manner but the truth sets you free. I sent Chapman and his partner Friedman or Stark an email verbalizing how I felt about things pertaining to our case. Chapman acknowledged my email. His partner didn’t pay it any attention. Thus is the reason for my public reviews. Better a review than a bar complaint? I contacted Chapman in 2018. He took our case, over 20 people in an apt building, on contingency. If he knew there wasn’t a case. He would not have taken it. Any who, the only issues I have with Chapman is he and his firm not including us on decisions I felt he was required to include us in. From day one, he seemed hospitable. But his staff and other partner(s) not so much. I didn’t understand how he seemed to be considerate but SOME of his staff and partner or partners weren’t. Their attitudes made me think that Chapman’ demeanor could have been forced of insincere. But, due to him being consistent in how he spoke to me and responded to my inquiries, that is the only reason I believed he was not like his staff and partner(s). Even though there were things I know Chapman could have done better in representing us. I still would recommend him and not his partners or partner. Chapman is more personable and easy to talk to.
