We just completed a much necessary amendment and restatement of our Family Trust, which was originally drafted over 30 years ago. Life developments (family affairs, economic factors, health issues, estate laws etc.) are ever-changing and mandate frequent reassessments to assure that our estate and last wishes will be properly attended to.
