After being permanently injured on the job, with no medical procedure available to reverse my condition, I was at a loss as to where to turn. My Bursitis/Lower Back/SI Joint condition was rare, and treatments unsuccessful. Even though I was awarded SSD quickly, I had to fight for workman's compensation, as my employer refused to accept liability. From the beginning, Peter Naake knew my case would be difficult to prove (as it was "repetitive motion" causation), but he stuck with me throughout the ordeal, never giving up on the case, or me. With his help, I was able to reach a very nice settlement on my case. Without him, this would've never happened. I'm sure of that. I made a phone call to Mr. Pogue on Monday, November 14th, at 4:30 PM and explained the situation. While on the phone with him, he looked up my case, explained what was going on, and what needed to be done. He informed me that he would redocket the case the following morning and explained how he would approach the situation. He then contacted me November 16th, at 10 AM to let me know that everything had been taken care of and all I would need to do is pay the court costs, and fine. I was not only impressed with his sense of urgency, but his desire to help me, along with making it as convenient as possible for me. I highly recommend him.
