Had the scariest scare of my life and thank God I found Brandon!!! Brandon went above and beyond for me to get my license back and he was able to get the best outcome possible for me!! I met with Attorney Veliz, for my relocation case with my son because my previous Attorney dropped the ball, and I was at a loss of what to do. First, not only did Attorney Veliz offer a consultation to review my case and to discuss how to best assist me. He was clear, honest and very insightful about the law. While Attorney Veliz made no promises about how the case would result, he felt that we had a good case, and explained his approach.
Fast forward to our day in court, Attorney Veliz is a BEAST in the courtroom, that is where he shines. He takes no punches when he sees that the opposing sides argument is not valid, or has NO PROBLEM objecting when he needs to. Not to mention, Attorney Veliz does not waste your time or your money. When he tells you he will do something, HE DOES!!! The court room is where he shines and does his best work. Lack of communication and unprofessional. I got tired handling discussions and dealing with paperwork with Wells Fargo’s, home equity loan personnel, my husband and I, decided to hire Justin Clark law firm to fight our battle. They did nothing different then what I had previously done. We cannot tell you how many times we scheduled an appt. through Justin Clark’s”s paralegal, Candice Medina and Justin Clark was NEVER available, he was always in “court”, what’s worse, we would not even get a courtesy cancellation call. I have over 30 years of experience working with attorney’s, Justin Clark does not come near of having the professionalism, honesty and integrity of the attorneys I’ve work with. Please don’t hire this law firm they will take your money and resolve nothing. I no longer had them represent us, and settled with the bank on our own. Lesson learned. I wish I could say something good but my experience was hurtful and the attorney, Justin Clark knew it, because I expressed it to him several times in my emails. Pray no one gets deceived and Justin Clark does the right thing. There’s a God that sees everything and knows very well our hearts. Highly recommend. The entire staff all highly professional, all working together as a team. Very thorough especially Mr. Wayne Spivak. Questions I had were short and to the point, answered all my questions in a timely manner. Very easy to navigate through the process. I learned a lot as well. Important to gather all your data and keep it handy for references.They follow all proper legal guidelines as to what is needed. I had researched other places and I went with this firm. During my 37 year career as a law enforcement officer and as Chief of Police for the past 16 years I have worked with many attorneys. Cliff Shepard is without a doubt on top of my list as an advocate for his clients. In recent litigation involving a multi million dollar lawsuit many lawyers wanted to settle the claim after arbitration. Cliff took the position we had done nothing wrong and insisted on going to trial if need be. As a result of his insistance the case proceeded and we prevailed with the court ultimately dismissing the claim totally.

I have litigated several cases against Mr. Meltz over the years and Chuck is one f the most professional and brightest attorneys with whom I have ever had the pleasure of litigating. Mr. Meltz has consistently put the best interests of his clients above his own financial interests time and time again. While many insurance defense attorneys generate paperwork designed primarily to bill the client, I have never seen Chuck Meltz file anything or send me anything that was not designed to do anything but flush out facts and issues helpful to the defense of the case. Not only is he a true professional, he is extremely smart in the handling the defense of litigation brought against his clients. I cannot recommend Mr. Meltz highly enough. A smart lawyer knows when to pick his fights and when to maintain professional decorum, and as I said, Chuck Meltz is a very smart lawyer.

Glen was extremely professional and responsive to any questions I had regarding my foreclosure defense and assisted in allowing me to remain in my home for an additional two years until I was able to secure full time employment and another place to live. Glen also coordinated a settlement with my mortgage company in order to obtain reimbursement for my moving expenses related to securing employment over 1000 miles from my prior home in Florida. I would definitely recommend Glen for any legal issue as he assisted me formally with my foreclosure defense and settlement agreement and he also provided me with consultation on other legal issues where I decided not to have Glen represent me. I I want to begin by saying that Mr. Sham was NOT my attorney; however, he was my direct point of contact for a real estate transaction. From day one, Mr. Sham spent an ample amount of time explaining the details of the transaction and made sure all of my questions were answered. He picks up his phone every time I call him and does no rush me off the phone like most lawyers do. When he is not available, he calls me back within an hour. He does everything he says he will do, usually the same day. His paralegal, Debbie was also wonderful who is always cheerful. She guided me though the financial transaction (wire transfer) and provided me her personal cell phone number to text her if I had any questions and replies within minutes.
Real estate transactions and dealing with lawyers are usually stressful. However, I have not endured an ounce of stress during this transaction.
This law firm is highly professional and amicable. I would highly recommend Mr. Sham and Debbie for representation.

In my initial consultation with Michael Long I explained that I had a dispute with a pool contractor who caused considerable damage to my property while installing a swimming pool and then placed a lien on my property after I refused to pay them in full without an offset for at least part of the damage they caused. Mr Long was upfront and explained that I likely had an uphill battle due to the one-sided contract that I signed, however, after meeting with him and making him aware that I had all documentation, receipts, photographs to substantiate the damages caused, he indicated he had numerous prior dealings with the attorney representing the contractor and would do his very best to help me.
In order to get a sense of the legal costs I might be facing, during the initial consultation I asked him to give me a range of what my legal expenses might be and he indicated they would likely be in the ballpark of the $1,500 retainer as long as court appearances and filing/answering lawsuits were not involved. I agreed.
In the end (no court appearances or lawsuits were involved), I wound up settling this matter for THE FULL AMOUNT the pool contractor originally wanted, plus paying his firm $3,000.00 for their legal fees.
There was zero benefit to me in hiring Michael Long. In the end, he did absolutely nothing to help me.
Needless to say, I would not recommend this attorney or his firm Brewer Long.

But on the advice of my best friend, who was a former client of Michael Long, I reached out to him to handle a sensitive issue connected to my employment contract in effect at that time. Michael was incredibly efficient and delivered an answer I could depend on in very little time. He took even less time than I expected and helped me understand what I *could* do -- but even more importantly, offered me advice on what I *should* do. If I or a firend had a similar problem, I would recommend him without hesitation.
