I had Gotten a criminal speeding ticket, and was talking to friend about it and she knew someone to help with my case. so i called the lawyer up and he was willing to do what he could to help. Daniel Sallus was always on point when i needed question answered and he knew what to say to the judge. I was in a tight place for money and i was going to pay 1000 for my fines, but Daniel talk to a lot of people and talk to the judge to get a better deal, this guy is extremely good at his job and instead of paying 1000 i only had to pay 100. if anyone has a case and needs a lawyer i would recommend calling him. hes a great guy and a good lawyer. thank you Daniel for your help.

I have hired Joel Ruben to assist me in three different legal matters over the last 20 years.
I am a CPA and close to 20 years ago I was sued by one of my clients that I was aware of a inventory valuation issue that I should have been aware of. The lawsuit was in the millions of dollars and Joel Ruben was successful in arriving in a fair settlement on my behalf.
The second time I hired Joel was last year to negotiate a settlement with a tenant on a property I was selling where the tenant was on a month to month lease and was reluctant to move so a 1031 Exchange could be completed. Robert lane has been dealing with me on the loan modification of our home. he is employed by Kinetca fed credit union. We were contacted and told to submit our financials to Robert lane. for 5mths we contacted him about our loan modification. NO RESPONSE. finally in desperation we contacted the lender for an update, immediately he emailed us and told us if we did that again, he would make sure our loan modification went no further. he is reckless in his behavior and extremly unprofessional.
