Dillon and his team did a flawless job as our Real-estate Attorney. He worked very hard with the sellers attorney to ensure that we were protected and received exactly what we were looking for. He was very informative and responsive. On the date of closing I asked lots of questions and he was able to satisfy all of our concerns. He worked really well with our realtor, Bryan Silva as well with our loan office Thierry from cross-country mortgage!

While I appreciate Chris letting us know he wasn't interested in our project, I wish he had not dragged us along for four months, while telling us he was going to get to it next week, and then next week. Due to seller error and closing delays, Mr. Flood got me to live in my property for the first three months prior to closing for only the cost of the taxes. Literally thousands in savings.
He has also helped me with leases, additional closings, drafting business documents, real estate offers, and overall legal advice.
I would not do a deal without having him review it.

I had an OK experience with Atty Burger until it came time to pay him.
Since payment was taken out of sale proceeds without additional authorization, I was overcharged $550 without an explanation or an invoice.
Daniel and his paralegal Lisa refused to call me when requested to discuss intricacies, mixed up mailing instructions and compromised safety of my proceeds check, and ignored my requests for a refund.
At the end, my overall experience turned was a negative one, and I would not recommend his services to anyone else.
