Mr. Thomas met with me on extremely short notice and provided me with the legal counsel that I desperately needed. I was approaching the end of a contract that I believed to be shady, (it demanded a high contract-breaking fee), and I wanted to know if it was legal to hold me to the amount given my current situation. Mr. Thomas walked me through three different avenues of contract termination without providing a bias towards any. When I sought his personal opinion, the choice ended up being the one that was in my best interest. I have worked with Mark Walsh on several cases in the past. The most recent was a multi-party construction contact, in which we were sued by the General Contractor and then we countersued. Eventually, the suit included numerous parties, (Consulting Engineer, General Contractor, several Sub-Contractors and Material Suppliers). In working with Mark in the past, it was easy to recognize his capabilites regarding law, however, i had not, before this case, spent time with him in a mediation. During this multi-party suit, i saw abilities in Mark that i had not seen before. During the mediation, he showed proficiency in presenting technical issues (I am a Civil Engineer, and this case involved technical Civil Engineering issues), but more importantly, he was direct, strong, though fair, and unbending with the mediator when he needed to be. At the conclusion of the mediation, i felt we received an award in an amount well in excess of the amount i anticipated, and felt that was due to the approach that Mark took throughout the mediation. There is law, and then there is the application of law in the various settings (court, mediation, arbitration, etc), the ability to stress the critical points at the appropriate time, and the ability to negotiate, and the knowledge and experience when not to negotiate down from your position. As i said, i felt i had seen Mark's capabilities in the field of law before this case, however, as a result of this case, i saw a broader view of his capabilities in this field, and feel even more comfortable because of that going forward.

I was looking for an attorney and overheard someone mention his name. I asked for references and found out very quickly that Barnett wins, and he wins a lot. He met with me and my mother and explained the entire process to us. I have no experience with Barnett outside what I witnessed during my fathers trial in which he was accused of very haineous allegations. While watching Barnett in the court room, I knew without a shadow of a doubt that he was dedicated to justice and would stop at nothing to see it served. His presence in the court room is very strong and he conducts himself with the utmost respect for the courts. We were sued by an individual over a house that we worked on as new construction. Mr Saunders was able to beat them in court the first time with no problem. After the individual dropped the suit in Denton County, he refiled in Dallas County. We went through 22 months of litigation, and again, with the help of Mr. Saunders, we were successful in the outcome. Then they sued us a third time in Dallas County for a personal injury that they tried to tie to the house that had alleged defective plumbing. Mr. Saunders was successful that round, as well.
I have worked with several attorneys in the past, and Mr Saunders is among the best. His professionalism is unsurpassed. He is extremely responsive to the needs of his client, and keeps the client updated throughout the case. Even during busy times when I had to leave a message, my call was returned in a timely manner. I highly recommend him!

Mr. Sera represented my son several months ago, and unlike most criminal defense attorneys and/or public defenders who have a tendency to go in and shake hands with the DA and then feed you to the system and/or judge, Mr. Sera advocated for my son Jonathan and got him a time served ruling. My son had prior felony convictions and was possibly looking at a lengthy stay in TDC. Mr. Sera always took our calls and was thorough in his responses to all our questions. He was truthful and always asked "Are there any other questions or concerns I can help you with?" before ending our call. He was attentive and engaged. If I could I'd give him 10 stars. After paying a total of $300 for two consultations, 15-min each, at a different law firm and not receiving sufficient guidance on how to move forward with my situation regarding a real estate matter, I decided to continue my search in finding what I deemed to be adequate legal counsel.
Therefore, I conducted an online search and came across the Law Office of Bradley Voyles. His reviews seemed extraordinary, and I was eager to give his office a call in hopes of setting up an appointment to speak with him as soon as he was available to meet with me.
When I called his office, I was hoping I would be able to quickly pay my consultation fees and schedule an appointment with Mr. Voyles to have my issues addressed within the next 1-2 weeks or so. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find out from his receptionist that although Mr. Voyles was currently in court at the time of my call, I was promised he would call me back later that same day to go over my concerns.
From the moment I called Mr. Voyles's office, I was immediately impressed at how courteous his staff was, and in how responsive Mr. Voyles was in getting back to me in the same day. I was not expecting this level of service at all!
Furthermore, when I called his office, I was surprised that at no time during the call were consultation fees ever brought up. Usually law offices want to charge your credit card lots of $$$ before you can even just say, "hello" to an attorney. But this was not the case here. I genuinely felt like Mr. Voyles and his staff's primary concern was just immediately addressing my concerns and nothing more.
In fact, when Mr. Voyles called me, he spoke to me for over 40 minutes. He also asked me to email him documentation and real estate contracts regarding some of the matters I discussed with him, and after wrapping up our conversation, he still never asked for any consultation fees.
I'm honestly in awe at how patient Mr. Voyles was with me during the call and with how informative he had been. The level of legal service I was provided by him was unparalleled to anything I've received elsewhere. I honestly cannot see myself entertaining another law firm on any related legal matters, just based off the recent experiences I've had with Mr. Voyles and his staff.
Mr. Voyles, this is how you create relationships that are mutually beneficial between the attorney and client! Thank you so much for everything you've done to help me!

Sydney was the backbone I needed when I was going through my very contentious, low priority divorce. Sydney always was available and was so helpful while I went through this process. Mrs. Tucker was the judge on last settlement of my divorce case ( 2017-2018). Actual divorce was on 2009 & in 2017 & 2018 financial part which did not finalized by my ex husband was settled on my ex husband favor. Mrs. tucker did not let me to say a word as I open ( with permission in sign language) my moth she hold her hand as sign of stop on my face! And she said stop! She treated me as I am not a human as I do not have any right as I am different than her. It could not have been more humiliating as it was!
The results was under her supervision my divorce degrees of 2009 which was signed and finalized by previous judge was revised to favor of my ex husband! A man who physically, verbally, mentally & emotionally abused me & our two children for 40 years!
As mrs Tucker glanced at me at first she took in on no benefit of the doubt that I am guilty and no human!
It is so unfortunate that our life of living in this world should be judged but a educated judge like this!
This is almost 5 years pasted! I haven’t forgotten . My heart still hurts! I am writing this so people read about it ! I believe in God I am sure he will take care of justice!

I hired Marcus in 2003 to represent me the lawyer have me shock probation. Marcus failed to do the paperwork on time as well as show up for court 1/5/2004 when my shock probation time was up. Because the time limited ran out I was not eligible for shock probation and had to finish my prison sentence.

Absolute worst lawyer ever! Doesn't explain the steps of your case. Is very hard to communicate with since he barely responds to emails/phone calls. For my case he put my business appraiser two weeks after due date on docket. Lost my witness, $5000 dollars for appraisal, and around $100,000 business value since the judge didn't allow the testimony or appraisal paperwork. Since my husband didn't provide most of the needed paperwork after the discovery phase, we had two 'motion to compel' hearings. Twice Eric did NOT ask for the missing documents at all, even though he recommended these hearings. Again, another waste of time and money. For the final court hearing he was absolutely not prepared and did a horrible job presenting my case. Since the divorce outcome was so bad, he recommended that I'd appeal the judge's decision. Really? You mess it up and blame the judge? I would never, ever recommend him. One would think that $450/hour would bring some knowledge and expertise. Alas!
