Ms. Mahoney was assigned as my representative and advisor by a third-party to a workplace discrimination case that I brought against a college where I was employed as an adjunct professor. Immediately once we met it was evident that Ms. Mahoney held great integrity in her work. What can I say? My case was complicated . I relocated from a different state to Pa in a messy custodial matter where I was seeking 50/50 VS. what I currently had (Partial Physical Custody ) and Craig crafted the right strategy with how to approach the Chester County Judicial system and my case. Let’s face it, it’s not easy for Fathers. (Especially for those that are comming from a different state) Craig’s strategy humanized me in the eyes of the court and thus was granted what only 14 percent of Fathers have in this state : 50/50 Custody. Mr Habakkuk was a hands on attorney dealing with our deceased parent's estate. He has the knowledge and experience but I found most importantly his communication skills and handling the family 'dynamics' so to say were exemplary. I have hired attorneys in the past and they were both horrible in keeping me abreast of the case or any explanations in the various stages let alone what to expect. My Haburcak had to deal with multiple siblings and their personalities which could have easily complicated matters in the situation at hand if he left us in the dark or didn't address our questions or individual needs. We will certainly hire him again especially when we purchase our next home too for he is also a licensed real estate broker. Getting a call back from him anytime was a none issue. William Bonner has been extremely helpful in providing me with legal advice and counsel when I was given the responsibility of Power of Attorney for both my brother-in-law and sister-in-law about 2 1/2 years ago. I had no prior knowledge what this entailed and I knew Mr. Bonner through a mutual friend and sought his help in performing the duties as a POA. Within a short period of time, both family members died and I became the Executrix for the Estate which required a tremendous turnover in paperwork and added responsibilities that were unfamiliar and a bit overwhelming at times. Stocks and bonds had to be sold, untold trips and meetings with bankers, telephone conversations with brokers, insurance companies, and then the eventual sale of the home and its contents. The deed to the home was rather unusual and could have affected the agreement of sale, but Mr. Bonner rooted out the problem and used his legal skills to bring about a satisfactory conclusion for all parties at settlement.
In addition, Mr. Bonner has represented my husband and myself recently in a legal matter with former tenants and has brought about a good and fair resolution to the matter. Because of Mr. Bonner's patience, legal expertise, counsel, and integrity, I would recommend him.

H. Fintan McHugh helped me with a civil suit years ago and I simply forgot to leave feedback here. In my limited interaction with lawyers both professionally and in my personal life, Fintan would rate as an overall 10. Horrible to rate a person I know, but that is what people are looking for here, no?
Fintan was extremely professional. He allowed me to be up front about what I wanted, set realistic expectations about what we should look for and I really did not have to do much, if anything. His communication was outstanding (I don't know any other lawyers that are near as good) and in the end, he fought for the only realistic result possible.
It is hard today to call someone a "good man" that you deal with at times and people tend to be cautious about lawyers, but H. Fintan McHugh is definitely just that, a good man. Talented and hopefully I won't need to use him again, but I definitely would.
