When I had my motorcycle accident, I received 15 or 20 letters from attorneys. I contacted my insurance agent who recommended Attorney William J. Hickmann. I called Attorney Hickmann and decided to retain him to handle my personal injury case.
I actually dealt with William Hickmann on all the issues related to my case. I always received attention to my case. If I called, they called me back, answered my questions and handled all of the billing issues related to my medical bills. They gave me good, sound advice on documenting my claims.
To summarize my experience, I was extremely pleased with my experience and how my case was handled as well as my final settlement.

There are so many lawyers to choose from. Once you find an attorney that does an exceptional job and is than able to explain circumstances and/or choices you may have in front of you; all in a manner a layman can understand; you have found a "keeper". William Hickmann does that and much more. Whatever the subject; be it real estate, business law or estate planning, William has handled it promptly and professionally resulting in outcomes I found to be over and above my expectations. Bailey was a pleasure to work with she made it easy to understand all the different choices involed in a living trust. She explained the different types of trusts and gave great examples of how one type would work verses another in different scenarios. We knew what we wanted after only an hour of meeting with her. When I became a third party in a very contentious law suit involving multiple individuals, easements, and claims of fraud, I was overwhelmed and often felt that I was being viewed as the easy solution to a problem I did not cause. Although I had retained another attorney, it soon became apparent that I needed an attorney who was well versed in real estate law and was a skilled litigator. After much research and with the help of another attorney, I found and retained Teresa.
From the onset, she proved herself to be a compassionate, knowledgeable, thorough, and skillful attorney. She was tenacious in her search for documents ( my title insurance policy, old deeds, surveys) which ultimately resulted in a favorable outcome for me.
This case was complicated and required expertise in not only real estate laws, but also required the ability to negotiate with multiple attorneys on multiple issues. Needless to say, Teresa was able to successfully navigate through all the aspects of this case. What was impressive was her ability to keep me informed of all the events and explaining the rationale behind the legal issues. Throughout this all, she was patient and kind to me when my emotions got the best of me.

I hired Jeanne to help me with a complex business litigation matter and she made what would have been a very time consuming and stressful process workable. By this I mean that I was able to continue to handle my other business matters while the litigation was winding its way to a conclusion. She was very effective in dealing with opposing counsel. Her written and verbal communication with myself and opposing counsel was always excellent. I couldn't have said things in a clearer or more effective manner. Attorney Jeanne Armstrong represented my interest in the extremely convoluted and contentious process of settling my father's estate. Although six other attorneys and firms were involved, Attorney Armstrong and her firm were the only ones aware of the statute that was the actual turning point of the process. As a result of her knowledge and legal skills, two of my sisters and I received substantially better settlements than had been proposed. Attorney Armstrong worked diligently for me, often late into the night, over weekends, and on holidays. She was easy to reach and returned every phone call, email, and text message extremely promptly. My ideas and opinions were welcomed , and she extended careful consideration to them. Over the past fifty years, I've used the services of several different attorneys. None equaled Attorney Armstrong in knowledge, dedication, communication, or consideration.

Don't call these people. They are completely unknowledgable. I called and their screeners clearly do not know what they're talking about. I was requesting assistance with something very straightforward and doable and they gave me a completely different answer than a LICENSED ATTORNEY. Just call a real attorney.

My husband and I worked with Christopher Dodge from the Fuhrman and Dodge law firm on a very complex and multifaceted real estate case. We found him and his staff to be smart and hard-working.
