I originally hired Victor Feraru for a landlord-tenant dispute, because he had the best reviews. He quickly resolved the issue in my favor and I was so impressed that I asked him if he could help me with other matters, like copyright infringements and combating people who were selling forgeries of my paintings. Leor was amazing! He was referred to us by our real estate agent for a coop sale. Real estate makes me nervous and I was worried that the process would be overwhelming, especially during covid. I couldn't recommend Mr. Morales more strongly.
Mr. Morales has the highest of integrity, is proactive for his clients, has incredible knowledge of Real Estate law, follows up impeccably, is accessible and a really a nice person to work with. I utilized him this year (2017) for sale of my property in Long Island, NY. He clearly had the expertise, was savvy regarding expediting process and made things extremely seamless from a client perspective. Having dealt with other RE lawyers in the past I have to say that Mr. Morales' client-service is fantastic as well as his responsiveness and attention to detail. Joe Bondi helped me with 2 separate real estate closings. I sold my house in Feb 2021 and my mother's house in May 2021. In both instances, his team and he were professional, responsive, and a pleasure to work with.
He is pretty meticulous in calculations and the necessary paperwork so that the transactions could be completed smoothly. In addition, after the closing, minor tasks arose that his team helped fix such as tax escrow refunds nearly 8 months after closing or water bills to be forwarded to new owner.

Not only is Glenn the nicest lawyer I’ve ever met but he’s one of the kindest people I now have the privilege of knowing. As an entertainer I had no clue about anything in regards to his attorney work and realistate but because he was so thorough explaining everything he worked on, i felt so comfortable and confident with his services.
I had a realistate opportunity that involved me lending capital towards an existing project. He helped me do research on the property, the investors, and contractors at work to ensure the security in my investment. He then created a fair but tight contract that made all the parties at hand feel protected which lead into a successful deal!

1 . If you’re a busy person and don’t have much time but just enough to sign and do some things regarding your case then these people are for you 2 . No pointless chatter of situations “out “ of the situation just straight too the point 3 . They care for your Case no matter how long it takes, u will get results 4 . Earnings of the case can vary depending on the cases of course but for my instance I will say it’s fair for both parties, No problem there !! 5 . U end up feeling great knowing that you got what you wanted and not feel like you weren’t getting the results that you looked for
