I was the executor for a family member's estate, it was my first time as an executor and I lived 7 hours away from Modesto, so I was uncomfortable with the entire probate process. I found Ogden Law Firm through a Google search , so I thought it important that I capture my experience for others.

As executor for a family member's estate, I was referred to Ogden Law Firm through a retired trust attorney to handle the final trust administration.
After working with Ogden for several months and ultimately completing all of the complex issues surrounding the trust, I can confidently say that working with them was the right decision.
As someone in another review stated, they were like working with family. They had a sincere interest in taking care of our issues, addressing our questions and providing sound advice when needed. Harry was referred to me by a few friends who were introduced to him through their business ventures. I do not like lawyers because they like to cause more problems then solve them. This wasn't the case with this guy. He may not have all the answers right away, but he gets you the answers. He does not come up with excuses but rather tells you, the client, your options. He helps you make an informed decision and the long term consequences of such action. He is very attentive and responsive. I emailed him at 3 in the morning, and he responded within a few minutes! I thought it would be bad when I get the bill for such a late email and quick response, but he didn't even charge me as he felt that he didn't render any legal services.
He's a great person, and very personable and intelligent. He has a lot of experience and education under his belt but his very modest. This education and experience makes him my go to person for all my legal needs. He may not do a particular issue, but he has always given me direction on where I can go to get help. My recent needs required a family law attorney. Harry worked in Legal Aid and was familiar with Family Law and put me in contact with other experience professionals who were able to help.
His reputation with his fellow attorneys speaks for itself. Talking to other friends who have used him for their legal needs, I think he is very unique person and gives the legal profession a different meaning. He is helpful, very pleasant, and overall a great person. Please keep up the good work Harry! Orange county needs more lawyers like you!

I rarely write responses or reviews unless I have something to say. Harry is a great person and an attorney that cares. He would get back to me in a prompt manner with the answers I needed. He didn't even charge me for little things as he said it wasn't fair to bill me. How many times do you have an attorney say that? This made him shine in my eyes. After working with what appears to be a universally viewed terrible lawyer, Mr. Bains saved the day. I am so thankful I found him, and knew it was a good choice from our initial meeting.
Mr. Bains was always kind and receptive, yet straight forward and to the point, always maintaining a professional rapport. I never felt disrespected or that he was condescending to me, as I have experienced elsewhere. Other professionals expressed their admiration for his work when reading documents he wrote, such as a therapist I work with.
The other significant point is that Mr. Bains did not nickel and dime me. When the bill came, I was actually shocked in a good way, as it was multiple times lower than previous counsel I had employed. Mr. Bains is a stellar attorney and I would recommend him to anyone. After trying to collect money for services we furnished to a dead beat client for almost one year I decided to talk to Tyler Kelly. I was referred to him from others and now i can see why. After a few weeks he got me paid quickly. I can't speak highly enough of how Tyler and Ogden Law took the pressure off me. They were Straight forward and professional. If your a contractor dont put yourself through all the pain I went through. Hire Tyler Kelly as soon as you can

I'm beyond greatful for this office! They were quick to respond and without hesitation started working on my legal issue. I have consulted with Mr. Kalanta twice now, and both times I left his office feeling relieved, cared about, and a bit more educated on the situation I am facing.
Mr. Kalanta is not only educated and great at what he does-but also upfront, professional while remaining compassionate , thorough and kind. He could have simply accepted my retainer money due to the fact that I entered his office very anxious and almost set on hiring an attorney, instead he cared enough to give me advice and refer me to an organization that can possibly be of assistance concerning my family’s safety.
This attorney knows what he is doing and has wonderful connections, so if you’re needing legal representation, it’s definitely worth it to seek a consult from him. Although I don’t necessarily need to retain a family law attorney at this time, if the time comes that I do, Kalanta Law office is the place I will go.

I will admit that I may not be totally objective about this firm as AG is my big brother. He is the hardest working attorney (with a Juris Prudence degree (equivalent of a Ph.D in law) He helps people in need and doesn't gouge them like most lawyers do.

After 2 years of battling for a divorce, I finally agreed to a settlement based on erroneous information I received from my lawyer Tamie Cummins. I lost thousands due to her mistake. And there are no attorneys that will take malpractice suits against other attorneys. Attention to detail is lacking. I gave 2 stars because I think the divorce process in CA is broken—which isn’t her fault.

Megan Ruble worked diligently to resolve my case. This case was extremely contentious and had been dragging on since 2010. After finally going to court myself, I gave up and asked my Union for a recommendation. They recommended Megan. Worker's Comp had refused any future medical; my only request. Megan was able to get me the much needed medical (both knees were severely injured) and an unexpected settlement. I can't explain how great a relief this is. I HIGHLY recommend Megan Ruble and her staff. On a scale of 1-10, she is a 20!

I'm a broker/ property manager. I have used Mr. Rowe's services for years and he's never lost a case of mine! Sometimes deals are made, but we make sure that we get the best deal available. I will continue using his services. Once I had to use another lawyer because he's had some other dealings with the defendant. I still won but the process wasn't nearly as smooth.
