I would like to take the time to thank Attorney Dwayne Brown for the wonderful service he provided to me! I was involved in a car accident. While I was in search of an Attorney to take my case, I consulted with several people including some of my relatives that were previously in a similar situation regarding the process. I was informed by several people that regardless of which Attorney I proceed with, the Attorneys would not be able to recover much compensation for me. Mr. McArdle is a very stand out and stand up motorcycle wreck attorney. When nobody else would even take a look at my case he did. His honesty and goodheartedness is what sets him above all others. He was straightforward about every aspect of my case. And those facts right there were everything I was looking for in an attorney as well as a law firm (honesty, sincerity, kindness and willingness). I closed a couple of transactions with Kristi. I had a very bad experience with the second transaction. They did not respond on time. When they prepared my promisory note, they made several mistakes. I communicated with them multiple times to fix those issues, even the buyer contacted them multiple times. They simply ignored the communications. They did not even bothered to reply us. I would not recommend them. I stay away from them. Very bad attitude. I hope they change their attitude towards their clients after receiving many complaints from clients.

I was served as a defendant in a case. Instead of filing to move my case to the correct jurisdiction where I actually lived, she FIRST responded to the complaint and then filed a motion to move my case. By her responding to the complaint before filing a motion to move my case, she gave that court jurisdiction. Therefore I have been stuck in a court that is hours away from my house for FIVE years now! I hope she has learned a lot in the past few years but she created such an issue for my case that there was no recovering from it (I also have to pay attorneys even more money just for them to drive to that court- but I need one in the area where I live to meet with them). I would NOT recommend her at all.
