After putting it off longer than we should have, my husband and I finally decided to do our estate planning. We worked with Kate who did a fantastic job. She came to our home for the initial meeting and helped us think through all of the potential scenarios. She quickly sent us draft documents and a flow chart that made things easy to understand. After signing our wills and health care proxy forms, Kate’s office provided us with all of the necessary documents in an organized binder so that we or our loved ones could easily find the necessary information. She was so easy to work with and her advice gives me comfort that our assets are protected and our children will be well taken care of when the time comes. I can’t recommend Kate enough.

Kate first helped us with estate planning/wills after the birth of our son. I was faced with a number of issues involving an elderly parent that required immediate action. Atty. Levin immediately understood the critical nature of my needs and initiated an action plan that enabled me to quickly move through a number of legal obstacles. His empathy, professional advice and guidance, willingness to meet at a care facility and vast knowledge on maneuvering through the legal system was greatly appreciated. I did not feel rushed or without a full understanding of the cause/effect of every decision that was necessary. Atty. Levin kept be updated as to where we were every step of the way. He made excellent recommendations and continues to "check-in" to see exactly what obstacles (if any continue) to present themselves. There are still a number of unfinished issues that require attention and I will certainly turn to Atty. Levin with great confidence as these issues require action. I find his knowledge to be vast, his mannerism to be aid-back and welcoming, and his professionalism to be superb. Without a doubt I can certainly recommend his services to family and friends.

I was referred to Jon by another attorney that I have known for years. Jon and I have never met personally but we communicated via the phone and emails as both of us reside in different states. I found Jon to be very easy to deal with. He always took the time to explain legal procedures and went over strategies as it related to my case. He assisted me with an Estate settlement involving real estate and probate of a very close relative that I contested. His expertise and experience showed as we settled the estate in a fair manner without having to go to court and pay legal fees that would have diminished the estate considerably. He also did not let the case drag on. Jon was not pushy or arrogant. He has a calm demeanor that demonstrates his ability to get the job done by allowing his knowledge and experience to stand out by his work product. I am very pleased with Jon and would highly recommend him for Real Estate, Probate and Estate work, especially if it is contested. He was always straight forward, honest and willing to share his opinion on the best course of action to take. Jon, also like me, is a family man. He is properly grounded in his values. Mr. Cohen was thorough, kept us informed of all the steps involved (and even asked us if we wanted to know all the steps!), good communication. Always willing to answer our nervous questions - very patient and calm. I thought litigators were going to be vicious from the start. He was calm all the way through and just used logic and law to smash the other guy to bits. Calmly, and was very good at calling people by their honorific. From the moment I was able to spend/borrow money I managed to spend/borrow it as irresponsibly as I possibly could. This left me in a financial situation at 32 that I would have never been able to escape and a dream of just being able to start over!! With the foreseeable future looking increasingly grim A friend of a family member told me to reach out to Mr. Donald Lassman. I spoke with Donald over the phone first and explained my situation after which I was convinced he was going to tell me I was beyond help! This could not have been further from the truth!!! Not only did he assure me that this was manageable, after 30 mins he had me completely convinced that my dream of starting over could be a complete reality. Donald Lassman laid out a plan of action so concise and simple that a Monkey could follow it. He was upfront about the cost of the financial maneuver and was consistently available during the process with any questions that I had. Most of the time he was reaching out to me to check in and see how the process was going without me even asking him too. I am so grateful for everything he has done to assist me with moving forward and I would recommend Donald Lassman to anyone that is in financial trouble considering filing Bankruptcy!!!!

Very disappointed in Simon. All deception with this one. His hands are wide open to take your money. But like many other comments have pointed out he simply doesn't care about you or your case. At least this was my experience and I am not alone. It seems to me he knowingly drives your case into failure. He just does not care one bit. If someone has not a care in the world they can never care for your case. In his defense I don't think he has seen an honest day in his entire life all deception. Simon you are in all simple terms, a shyster.

These people lack competency and delayed our closing. In the meantime, Kriss Law can't meet the one deadline they have. They blamed it on UPS not picking up the deed in time after it was mailed through a drop box... Would not recommend. Stay away from this company.

With regard to real estate closings, in the pros column were cheap price and fast response. The cons column included that this was sort of a template mill representation. My attorney wasn't really willing to intervene to resolve issues or even flag them. She never even asked where my closing money should be sent. When closing was immi ent, I got another attorney to assist flagging and resolving the issues that she wasn't willing to do she kind of just up and quit leaving us perplexed as to why?!?. Still, she was friendly and professional, but the unresolved issues would have cost us a fortune without the other attorney.

I would highly recommend Kriss Law to anyone their team always goes above and beyond for your clients. Larissa Demirs was very professional, pleasant, and accommodating to myself and my buyer. She took the time to explain each section, was efficient and well organized. Their time options were flexible and convenient, as were their options for obtaining copies of all documents. I highly recommend Howard Goldman as an attorney for eviction matters. He is a friendly and down-to-earth professional who provides impeccable representation for his clients. I was able to evict my tenant in a timely manner and the experience was overall less stressful as a result of his expertise. I confidently refer prospective clients to Howard on a regular basis.

Howard Goldman is an expert in his craft. I have recommended other colleagues to Howard in the past for for business - related legal issues and they were all extremely satisfied. Howard's advice is sage and on point. He is someone on want on my team when I have a business-related legal issue. I had an issue with my client which he helped to resolve successfully. We hired Stephen to help us get through the bankruptcy process. He was very knowledgeable and presented us with all of our options. What had become a very stressful time in our life, instantly turned to no stress at all! He contacted all of the creditors in a very timely manner. We stopped getting all of the harassing phone calls and mail almost immediately. He was quick to respond to every email. We have now been able to quickly rebuild our credit thanks to Stephen. He certainly made us feel comfortable in a very scary time. He comes highly recommended!

I hired Atty. Kaplan to represent me on a CH7 after speaking with several other attorneys. This was a very stressful decision for me but I knew It had to be done. Atty. Kaplan walked me through the process, was a super braniac on the process and also spoke to many of my creditors. I had felt like a failure and he reassured me that its ok, things will improve in your life when this is completed. He never treated me like the looser I felt like. Everything stopped! No more nasty letters and small claim notices. I got to stay in my home as Atty. Kaplan resolved the matter. He is a tough no nonsense I know the rules Attorney. As a result, my life is for the better. I wish I had not wasted time speaking with other attorney's and had hired Atty. Kaplan in the beginning.

I hired Stephen Kaplan to help me with some landlord issues in 2009. He did a great job and got the landlord to stop taking advantage of me and my college roommates for ridiculous charges he was trying to charge me/us for, upon moving out. I was very satisfied with Mr. Kaplan and I would use him again if I ever had any legal issues. He has been practicing law longer than I have been alive. I would recommend him if you are on a low to medium budget and can't afford a extremely high priced lawyer.

He has represented me in numerous real estate transactions, dealt with my landlord/tenant issues, handled my many business affairs, and provided guidance for the acquisition and disposition of various investments. Many of my friends, family members, and clients have used him repeatedly. I highly recommend Mark Zuroff.

I received Mark Zuroff's name from a friend who only had positive things to say about Mark, and used Mark for legal issues. I used Mark for my real estate closing. He put in a lot of time, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Reasonably priced. Now, I am going to sell my home in Brookline, and I will definitely use Mark Zuroff again.

I hired him to help me with a real estate issue. He seemed very impressive when I met him. Gave him a deposit to start working on a foreclosure for me. He took the money and never did anything. His excuse was he was always having family issues. I asked for my money back but he brushed me off. Sent him emails and he always had an excuse on them. I can't find the client or I am having personal issues or I am working on it, etc. Would give him no stars but the site will not allow me.

Worked for his firm and used him as a closing attorney (paid full price) when I was purchasing a home across State. Many years later when I went to sell the home I was told he left $1,000.00 on the table that was due to me but would probably cost more to get it back. Someone I trusted and had put my all into his business, to find this out was shocking. Will never refer him to anyone.

Definitely would not recommend! We were charged for an e-mail that asked simply if he was available to come to the signing of a P&S! So many more examples of ridiculous billing of time it would take me too long to type them all here.
