Truly can not say enough wonderful words about everyone at O'Neil and Hudkins!! I was going to give shout outs by name and realized it was everyone! I highly recommend Attorney Skinner. He worked with me on my case to stop foreclosure and he did a wonderful job. He knows the law and is very compassionate towards his clients. He is responsive to any questions and available. He works tirelessly for his clients and he is super fast at responding and getting work done. I have worked with other attorneys prior to him and I quickly learned that unlike other attorney that overcharges for simple tasks. He gets the job done fast and efficiently! For example I needed a title exam on my property and another attorney took over weeks to get the information and it was incomplete. Attorney Skinner and his team turned that information around in a day what took another law firm weeks to do it, he does in a day....He is honest and upfront. Do yourself a favor and don't hesitate to hire him. I have dealt with a lot of attorneys and they are of the old school of thought, where they don't inform you what is going on in your case, and non responsive to calls, and overcharges for any simple task and typically they forget you are the client. Attorney Skinner treats everyone with respect and he takes the time to explain your options and what is going on your casefile. You are never left in the dark. He is also does electronic filings and he immediately turns any information on your case to you immediately.

I'm so glad I found Attorney Arnold. It was just an online search and sometimes you get lucky. Patrick is responsive, patient, and thorough. He explains issues and any legal implications in as much (or little) detail as one requires. I have a tenant problem (lack of rent payments, refusal to leave) that is still ongoing. At our first court hearing, Patrick got them to sign and honor an agreement to start paying immediately and to leave by a certain date. I'm happy to report that they DID make payments and they DID vacate the premises. I would not have been able to accomplish this on my own. My case continues, as there is still an issue of prior monies owed, but I'm very confident that a satisfactory resolution will be reached. Not only is Patrick extremely well-versed in the law and comfortable with the negotiations, but he was able to get my tenants OFF their BUTTS and he did it at an extremely affordable rate. I could not be happier with his services and highly enourage hiring him for your appropriate legal needs.

If you are reading this review because you are considering Patrick Arnold as your choice for legal representation I strongly recommend that you hire him and read this review. I was facing a possible 5 to 7 year prison sentence. To be honest things were looking pretty bleak. The County Attorney's Office was looking to play hardball but Patrick never even broke a sweat. The entire time Patrick remained upbeat and professional and looked at every single angle of the case. As for the outcome thanks to Patrick's diligence and leaving no stone unturned the DA's office went from offering me three years in prison with five years of probation as their initial plea offer to dismissing the charges entirely. There is absolutely no doubt in my mind that if I had tried to represent myself or I didn't have Patrick's considerable attention to detail and no-nonsense approach to getting things done I would be sitting in a prison cell right now. Patrick also managed to do all of this while keeping my considerable levels of anxiety in check because he had a level of confidence in our case that made me feel completely at ease. I engaged Attorney Joseph Ransmeier to represent me, as buyer, in a recent real-estate transaction. My case was fairly straightforward, although there were a few peculiarities, such as a foreclosure in my property’s history and the drafting of a non-bank mortgage. In our initial conversation Attorney Ransmeier used clear language to list the parts of the transaction, provide a time frame for each part, and break down costs. He explained which costs were fixed (e.g. transfer tax) and quoted estimates—quite accurately—for those which were not (e.g. billable time).
Once retained, Attorney Ransmeier patiently listened to my questions and responded with clarity and authority, always making sure that he had conveyed his meaning to my satisfaction. In one case where he had a doubt, he was honest in telling me that he had consulted a colleague with expertise on the matter in question. Along the way, he kept me abreast of seemingly small (but to me important) matters regarding my case by sending concise email updates. These were nice reminders that I was being looked after. I particularly appreciated that in all our email correspondence he took the time to address me by name, wrote in complete sentences, and signed off courteously. He was also not above putting in neighborly touches that reminded me I was dealing with a human being.
Summing up, Attorney Joseph Ransmeier did exactly what he was hired to do, did so efficiently and competently, and was consistently responsive, accessible, and polite. I confidently recommend him to others seeking counsel on real-estate matters in northern New Hampshire.

I had the pleasure of working with Daniel on a trademark case, and I was lucky to have found him. If given the opportunity, do not hesitate to work with him. Law, in general, is confusing, and Daniel could have easily added random billable hours for things that would not have helped our case. But Daniel always did what was in our best interest and showed such integrity when we worked with him.
Additionally, Daniel always made himself available and explained everything in a way that was easy for me to understand. Most importantly, though, Daniel is a good person. Attorney Mesinschi and his team at the Mesinschi Law Offices have worked with us over the last four years and have provided us better real-world support and assistance than any lawyer or firm we've used before. With the Mesinschi Law Offices' help we expanded our Canadian green-energy business to the United States and were able to have our key executives immigrate to the United States. Denis and his team helped us revamp our Canadian operations; set-up our U.S. business structure; seek out and secure State and Federal development grants for our technology; and even took care of all of our company's immigration needs. In three years we went from zero U.S. presence to a manufacturing and distribution footprint spanning four states and ensured we would be set up to succeed long term. They've even provided us with all of our template purchase/sales/distribution/operational agreements.
I doubt we would have been able to find any one firm to provide this comprehensive level of support let alone on lawyer with such experience. In terms of cost, we have paid more for mundane operational work and contract disputes with firms out of Toronto and Montreal than we did to expand and grow our company into the U.S. -- the best investment we've ever made.
