Irene helped us with the joint purchase of two adjoining co-op apartments in Brooklyn recently for us and our son. We chose her based on our internet search for real estate lawyers in the area, as all her reviews were uniformly excellent. And we wholeheartedly concur. I reached out to Attorney Jordan's Office and left a Message. She soon returned my just to let me know that she wasn't able to help me with recovering a Judgment. But, what she did do was advised me of some resources that would allow me to get the help I needed. She spoke to me for close to 1 hour about my issue, and although I offered to pay her ...she instead told me what she would do and suggested that I follow up on my own. I have never experienced an Attorney turning down money...I was given direction, complete with numbers to resources that will assist in handling my needs..
She will be my attorney for my elderly legal needs. Attorney Jordan will be the first Attorney I will consider for all NYC real estate needs as well.

It's a hard pill to swallow when you come to a point where you must debate on whether you should file for bankruptcy or not. After weighing all possible options, I decided to file and was referred to Robert Fox. It had started as an initial phone call with quick questions regarding your income, your debt and your expenses. This is what they call the Means test. After answering all the questions, I was told I was a "good" candidate to file. We then proceeded to schedule a future date to talk again going into further details about my debt and expenses. What was really nice for me was i asked if we should talk over the phone or meet in person. Robert said it was my preference and really didn't mind if I chose either way. He understood that people were busy and couldn't always make time to travel to his office. However, he did suggest that meeting in person would be more personable. That right away made me feel a bit more relieved during the process. It gave me a sense of security in knowing he wanted to do his job and do it right. And if it meant putting a face to a file, then i was all for it.
On my office visit, I was greeted by Iris at the front desk. (Please pay attention to her. She is another instrumental person in the process). Very pleasant and nice lady. After meeting with Robert and getting all the things done during our discussion, Iris gave me papers to look over and sign and gave me my list of things to do over the next couple of days. She also told me she would be in contact with me from time to time til my hearing. And in the days leading up to my hearing, she always gave me detailed instructions on everything and anything. Don't worry, Robert was always available for me whenever I had any questions.
Now one thing before I end my review. You, as the client, must do everything asked of you by Robert and Iris if you want the whole process to go smoothly and without a hitch. If you do your part, and do it right, they can do theirs correctly.
Robert and Iris, thank you for everything. A huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders. Thank you again.

Stay away from this law firm. Their m.o. has not changed in years. Someone posted five years ago how Mr. Goldberg gave them the run around. He does the same to me and I am his client! He never returns my phone calls or my emails. I called the office recently and left a message for his partner and nothing. They don't value their clients. Go elsewhere. Had I known what I know now, I would have gone to a different law firm.

I highly recommend Tim Sardone for your real estate transactions! We were warned that the schedule to complete our home purchase was very optimistic and that it would be difficult for the title work to be finished in this time frame. Tim not only made sure it was on time…it was early. He kept us informed throughout the process and quickly answered all of our questions. And when we sold our old house, he again kept us informed and made sure the sale closed on time. And we were never searching for answers because he anticipated our questions. I am giving Mr. Willman a five star rating if I could give more I would. My self personally has not had Mr. Willman but I know someone who has! And this certainly individual gave Mr. Willman a run for his money. If you know you know. I have always learned it's never a good idea to work against your attorney... But more less let them guide you through your case. And not call the shots that will not work out in your favor.. My hat comes off to Mr. Willman he stood his ground and no matter what maintained perfessional through it all. He worked so hard for this individual and did everything he could possibly could do. My wife and I attended a seminar about Estate Planning put on by FCLL. Morgen explained the differences between wills and trusts in simple terms. We scheduled a meeting with Morgen to setup a trust. Prior to the meeting, we were directed to a website where FCLL collected all kinds of data used in the creation of the Trust. When we sat down with Morgen to discuss everything, it was efficient (due to prior data collection) and easy. My wife and I felt at-ease with Morgen and confident that she was looking out for our best interests.
I decided to set up a trust because my mother set one up and gave me the paperwork I would need when she passed. The trust made everything simple fo rme (as the trustee). No need for a lawyer at the time of mom's passing. Since I was the trustee, everything was simple.
I would suggest that everyone setup a trust if you have any assets in your estate and if you are local, by all means go see Morgen.
