Mr. Papa was very patient and went well above and beyond the call of duty. He took the time to explain to me sometimes more then three times just to ensure I understood what to expect and what could occur as I am not at all savvy with legal jargon. He was always readily available via phone. If I got his voicemail, he would call me late at night or while on vacation even. He cares. This meant quite a lot to me. He took the time to get to know me as a person, not just a client, and lended the "ear" well beyond what most lawyers do. He understood the person he was representing. I couldn't have asked for better representation. Without thought, I highly recommend Mr. Papa. He was wonderful and I am extremely grateful to him for his caring nature, patience and beyond reasonable fees. He is a wonderful attorney. Thank you, Mr. Papa. An excellent lawyer. What impressed me most about Indzonka was her ability to reason with the narcissistic, megalomaniacal judge Kevin J Quaranta. Judge Quaranta, an ambulance chaser by day, country judge by night, has the tendency to mistake his small town judicial robe for a batman cape. Attorney Indzonka achieved the seemingly impossible: she made Quarantana open up his pig-headed ears and actually listen to a word or two she had to say. I wonder if any other attorney, no matter how trivial the case, managed to accomplish such an impossible feat!

I was told by my sister this law firm was the best.
However, I had David Gross at first whom I never met.
I was in a large uncomfortable boot for 8 months after falling, and then had to from have surgery on 3 fractures in my foot, and one that couldn't be operated on.
I also had damage to my discs in my neck and back which could not be fixed.
I had to have a pain management doctor which I went though 20 epidurals up and down my back to help relieve some of my pain in those areas.
I NEVER met David OR my trial attorney, Sharon, in the almost the 5 years of my case.
iNFACT, I never MET ANYONE from that firm in the 5 years.
I just saw a gentlemen in the very beginning that came to my house and agreed to take my case.
It was settled by them without giving me a chance to have a trial or not, and I NEVER GOT A BREAKDOWN OF THEIR EXPENSES.
I ended up getting less than $18,000.00 FOR EACH YEAR OF SEVERE PAIN.
I was told my insurance company took out $20,000.00 for all the expenses they put out during my PAINFUL procedures.
I still am in as much pain as I was in the beginning, and will be left in pain for the rest of my life.

So I am , senior female, who pulled over To use my cell phone for directions, I saw an empty parking lot at the law offices of Stephanie Donato in Newburgh and figured that would be a pretty safe place and on a Saturday afternoon at 1:30. It looked closed.
A few minutes later, a man pulled in a white Jeep Dressed like he was in hunting clothes and aggressively approached me asking me if I needed help. When I explained, I was just using my cell phone he pointed to the sign and told me it was private property and he was the owner and waved me on like a was loitering or something.
I would never use any attorney that acted in such an aggressive and despicable manner to anyone who merely pulled over for a moment to use their cell phone, by the way, he’s a personal injury attorney . So I guess he would rather push me along to an unsafe place rather than be nice to a neighbor.
I’m sure he presents himself in a different light, when wearing a suit and tie in his office, but on his off hours He’s an unkind, arrogant jerk.

we hired him to read the sales contract on our house - he obviously did not read the contract and just send it on to us the loan for the buyer did not go thru because the Buyer did not put down enough down payment and therefore did not get the loan. This Lawyer should have made us right away aware of that we have lost 3 month because of his neglegience.
