I hired Patricia in September 2015 to work on my husband's case. He was facing removal proceedings and was detained in Irwin County. Even though I wanted things to happen yesterday Patricia advise me on how we needed to proceed. She and her assistant (Stephanie) where very patient with me and let me know exactly what I needed to provide to make a good case. Long story short my husband was released and removal proceedings were terminated in 4 months. I have been told by others who have gone through the same thing that our case moved very quickly. I used Mr. Osborne for business for some years back whenI was running a business. He was always very responsive to my requests and very diligent in dealing with the matters at hand. This included litigation whiere I always found him to be very astute.We never lost a case where he represented us.. He was even able to extract us from a perilous situation we were in because of the inadequacy of previous representation.
I have used him personally to draw new Wills for my wife and I beacuse of changes in the Estate Tax Law. In addition I have recommended him to several other people. They were all please with his representation.

On July 18th 2016 we closed on our home at their office and was suppose to close on our new home on July 22nd. We were going to use the funds from the sale of our home to purchase the new one. We got a phone call the next day from Mr. Jules himself stating that we would not be receiving all of our funds due to a second mortgage that had to be paid on our home. They did not advise us of this during the title search. We ordered Mr. Jules not to sell our home but he did so anyway by offering us money that was not in writing. We have 2 small children 2 and 5 and are staying at a hotel because someone at there office did not inform us. The closing documents that we have had the amount owed to us. When we asked Mr. Jules for a copy he gave us copies of closing documents with his corrections. This has turned our world upside down and has left a lot of pain and anguish.

We used William Fletcher 2 times in family court and he never made a difference. I could've done a better job myself and saved thousands of $$. Children were involved and he performed very poorly. He was a true disappointment. Hopefully, he has improved his performance and attitude.

I hired counselor Calomeni to represent me in Criminal, Immigration and Civil case. ALL cases were 100% satisfied . He shows sympathy for Spanish speakers and like to help them. Dale Calomeni is an incredible thinking out of the box attorney. I find him to be extremely loyal and trustworthy, I'm confused about these prior reviews because the work he did for my ministry during a legal situation was outstanding. I was surprised to see the negative reviews on this attorney. I guess the unhappy people wanted something that in Georgia, you just are not going to get. Like a free house. I only wanted a modification that everyone could live with, and he negotiated me a very good, permanent deal.
Georgia is very hard on foreclosures, and nobody wins. A good attorney will follow the law, but the Courts don't play by the laws of Georgia. People should be realistic in what they seek. It is not the attorney's fault when people seek that which they cannot have.
