Autumn helped me through a high anxiety divorce from a narcissistic ex husband. She has a very personable approach; I felt heard and supported the entire process. She keeps it very real; fights like a bulldog but also let me know when I needed to reign it in; she was very down to earth on what the judge would and wouldn’t like for the best outcome. Ryan was the only attorney who listened enough to actually help me define what I needed to do. Other attorneys I sought out didn’t listen and just dismissed my situation as too niche, and to go to the Bar Association for a referral (which they don’t do, by the way). Ryan is a very thoughtful and knowledgeable attorney. He listened well hearing out my explanation of what I was looking for and what my situation was. I was referred to Mark thru my work EAP. He was the 3rd lawyer I had been referred to and he was the 1st lawyer who listened, showed concern, admitted that he didnt have all the answers, would get back to me (which he did) and spoke to me a lot longer than the "allowed" free 30 minute consult. He asked a lot of questions, worked with me on payment for services rendered and suggested an action plan...all BEFORE I even agreed to hire him. He went above and beyond and once I did hire him, that commitment he promised never stopped. He is an excellent lawyer.

I was involved in a high-stakes land use issue regarding the Shorelines Management Act.
We were litigating with a landlord employing a tony downtown Seattle law firm. For face saving reasons, the manager directing their law firm left the case on autopilot. Consequently, we were litigating against their lawyer who had every incentive (besides his client's interest) to pursue every imaginable legal cul de sac.
They were outspending us almost 3 to 1 (this came out later). Even though we finally settled in the low six-figures, the final tally was pennies on the dollar for us and carnage on the other side. The settlement covered only a sliver of their legal fees and the litigation drew unwanted city attention to their property and the ways in which they were skirting the law.
Peter was great to work with. I found him well connected, well regarded and generous with his knowledge and time. He was clever, always wrestling with the case in his mind, and always cognizant of the personal dimension of a case, either regarding the client or the opponent. In this case, as well as with counsel later in several other matters, I found him pragmatic or pugnacious as circumstances warranted. In some instances, we pressed the fight, in others, we walked away. In all cases, these seemed appropriate courses even in hindsight.
When I have had further need for services, he is my first call.

We found Drew because another lawyer told us he was good at taking cases that are unusual. That he knows how to fight these cases that nobody else wanted to take.
Drew was straight forward with our case and the costs involved during our consult. Drew is straight forward no sugar coating the situation. I appreciated this because I knew he was authentic.
We had to put in work but Drew told us if we did some things on our own it would save us a lot of money. It also helped us in remembering some details that we may have forgotten.
Drew is intelligent and at times I felt dumb not understanding him but not to worry he would break things down in layman’s terms until we got it.
At times I was unsure of communication as he wouldn’t answer emails as often as I would have liked but he is a busy attorney and this didn’t stop him from knowing all the details of the case and looking up laws to fight it. Drew knows his stuff! He was determined to win this case by using his knowledge and knowing the law. I was amazed watching him represent me so well. Literally couldn’t have found a better lawyer.
