Me and a few coworkers went fishing on our time off and being completely unaware and mistaking one species for another we got a list of charges from FWC. After speaking with another attorney we were in a bit of a panic, hearing misdemeanor, fines possible jail. I called Attorney Sando & explained the situation. He instantly explained how he’s not a lawyer that’s gonna scare us into hiring him and knowledgeably explained all of our options and his plan of attack he explained his fee & all of us agreed to hire him. None of us are residents of Florida & we were concerned about our jobs over a mistake. I have to say, Attorney Sando is the greatest. He kept in constant contact, always returning our calls & answering our questions. He handled all of our court dates, and in the end, charges were dismissed.
We may have been quick clients, but he has become a friend for life.

This past spring, my lease manager invited me to film him and his son turkey hunting for the opening day of youth season. Unbeknownst to me, he had placed his blind within the parameters of his "feed area" the night before. I met up with them before sunrise on the morning of the hunt and we entered his blind. As the sun came up, I realized where we were but did not feel comfortable stopping the hunt because he was my lease manager and I didn't want to get kicked off. FWC raided the hunting lease and arrested several hunters and one videographer (me) for being within 100 yards of bait while turkey hunting.
Drew took the time to understand my position and did an awesome job helping me get these charges dropped. This was the first time I had ever been in trouble with the law and I am thankful that Drew was there to help me navigate through it.

I took on Ms. Barros to help me in my Disolution of Marriage (Divorce). She worked very hard for me. She was always in contact with me via phone or email. Mr. St. Jacques represented me as a defendant in a construction lien case against my home in Monroe County Florida. His knowledge of the complex Florida construction lien laws was instrumental in a decidedly successful outcome.
Mr. St. Jacques proved to be a very trustworthy and dedicated professional who paid close attention to every aspect of the case with care and consideration. He traveled hours south for each deposition and court appearance personally, while kindly guiding me in understanding the arduous intricacies of the proceedings.
The Florida Statutes regarding construction liens are complex, meticulous and confusing. Without Mr. St. Jacques impressive comprehension of these laws, I’m not sure the results would have been so favorable. Better than 5 stars. Mr. Buck's honesty easily puts him at the top of the lawyers I consulted with who either wanted their retainer without explaining what course of action they recommended and/or did not get a firm handle on my nuanced situation which a one size fits all action would not resolve. Mr. Buck asked a good number of questions that no other lawyer had before, recommending the best course of action....to do nothing at this time. If and when the time is right however, I will seek Mr. Buck's counsel again and most definitely hire him. It's about honesty and trust.

Ms Torres was a great help through a custody/child support modification. She made multiple attempts to resolve the issue without going to court, and when we had to go to trial she was very effective. All I can say is wow!! I'm truly amazed by Shwed, Adams and McGinley law firm. My case first started with another firm and eventually after about 4 years they could no longer help me so they gave my case over to Schwed, Adams & McGinley. It's the best thing they could do. At that time it seemed like my case wasnt going anywhere. Like a lost cause. So many years had gone by and I really didn't think anything of it at some point. Sure enough Shwed, Adams and McGinley law firm was keeping me up to date and letting me know what was happening and before you even knew it they settled. When I say this happened so fast. It happened soooooooo fast! The amount that they were able to get was way above in comparison to what the last firm was even trying to do. This law firm really came out of nowhere and took a case that seemed like it wasn't going anywhere and they won. I'm still beyond belief. It was a battle with these particular people we were going up against. They really put up a fight but here Schwed, Adams and McGinley got them to settle almost immediately! When I say this law firm did the unimaginable. They truly did it! They did what nobody else could do and I'm so thankful. Trust me when I say this law firm will go above and beyond for you. They quite literally get the job done. I wish I was able to really give you an idea of what this all entailed but this was a very complicated case and they made it happen. All I can say is wow!! I'm truly amazed by Shwed, Adams and McGinley law firm. My case first started with another firm and eventually after about 4 years they could no longer help me so they gave my case over to Schwed, Adams & McGinley. It's the best thing they could do. At that time it seemed like my case wasnt going anywhere. Like a lost cause. So many years had gone by and I really didn't think anything of it at some point. Sure enough Shwed, Adams and McGinley law firm was keeping me up to date and letting me know what was happening and before you even knew it they settled. When I say this happened so fast. It happened soooooooo fast! The amount that they were able to get was way above in comparison to what the last firm was even trying to do. This law firm really came out of nowhere and took a case that seemed like it wasn't going anywhere and they won. I'm still beyond belief. It was a battle with these particular people we were going up against. They really put up a fight but here Schwed, Adams and McGinley got them to settle almost immediately! When I say this law firm did the unimaginable. They truly did it! They did what nobody else could do and I'm so thankful. Trust me when I say this law firm will go above and beyond for you. They quite literally get the job done. I wish I was able to really give you an idea of what this all entailed but this was a very complicated case and they made it happen. Specifically TAVIS SHOUDER thank you! He called me this morning and I'm still in disbelief. His genuine excitement for me truly left me at a loss for words.
