Buyer beware! I have a hard time believing the audacity, but I lived it. Learn from my mistake. The trouble started with contact. What began as a reasonable delay due to a busy practice became impractically long between communications and with terse responses. This is a time sensitive, fast paced, industry, but they were not. Typically, I had to contact them daily, and have my attorney do the same, before I got an actual response. The responses I did get left me with more questions than answers, and an ever-growing sense of concern. And an ever-growing debt, eventually costing me in the 5 figure range. I was charged for each instance of contact I made with them, despite their lack of response. Less large issues aside (not that they were small, just not as big), the appraisal was a mess. It was a problem to set up, not that I had much of a preference, but delays and miscommunication caused more headaches than needed. And when it did finally happen, it took so long to finish the rest of the process that the appraisal expired! (Did you know they did that? Because it was news to me, bad news.) I lost all confidence, and the stress of that alone would be enough for this rating. In the end, I paid for another to the tune of over a thousand dollars. Buyers remorse is an understatement. Still trying to sort this mess out, they can't even provide receipts for costs they billed to me. Do yourself a favor, just go with someone else.

Jeffrey and his staff were very polite, understanding and professional. I decided to create a trust and put my house and all my belongings into the trust. Jeffrey spent over an hour explaining and using illustrations to show me how trusts work and the reason to have one at this time in my life.
He rewrote my will and other documents and submitted the paperwork required to move the house and other items to the trust.
I HIGHLY recommend this firm.

Was faced with a thorny problem with mobile home park over certain renovations that were promised and not delivered. General abusive behavior from the company caused flare-ups of my PTSD which made it difficult for me to deal with them in a strong professional manner. Hired Ryan to take over the project and he saved me from having to deal with the company directly. Ryan came up with a good settlement suggestion which was accepted and everything has been finalized and thankfully, my life has returned to near normal. If you need someone in your corner to represent you, Ryan is definitely a number one choice!!!

I visited Mr. Dirks in his office to defend me from my ex- landlord and his lawyer for an unjust counterclaim. He explained the procedure to me and the next day he settled the case professionely and honestly. We were very happy about the result. He is very loyal to his client and also very patient in explaining every details in the case. Very highly recommended!

I was referred to Ryan Dirks when I was asked to assume a difficult estate matter for a family member. I live in Illinois and the estate was in Florida. It was impossible for me to monitor and attend to all matters of the estate. Not only did Ryan handle all the legal matters, he volunteered to handle serious personal matters that involved evicting squatters and dealing with the police in my absence. I have dealt with many lawyers over the years, but none have been as cooperative and helpful to me personally as Ryan has been with this matter. I highly recommend Ryan to anyone that wants an attorney that will be fair to all individuals and will do whatever he can to resolve any issues or problems that his clients may face.

Mr. Arendall and the firm Englander & Fischer have been representing myself and my companies for almost 4 years. Due to the housing crisis, and the major collapse in the building industry, I, like most other builder/developers, found ourselves in situations with banks that did not want to "ride out the storm" or renegotiate.
From the first day I met Mr. Arendall, he was always on top of the issues and kept me fully and immediately informed of all issues, something you do not find with many lawyers. Throughout the entire legal process, Mr. Arendall showed his great negotiation skills and his commitment to me, resulting in amicable settlements which resulted in keeping the matters from proceeding in court.

Met with Attorney and said he would deliver the items in question and did not deliver waited 2 weeks and then said you have to pay us first.
I would never use this attorney or could not recommend.
Bad communication, you have to chase them down for communication. They did not deliver what was agreed on.

They denied it and these guys are supposed to be big on class action lawsuits but they did not want to pursue this one. They would not give a reason they just said they won’t assist. Our association hired Mr. Terry to represent us against a developer. Mr. Terry stopped working on the case and eventually turned it over to a young man that had just got out of law school. He didn't guide him correctly and the case got so screwed up. The judge threw it out of court because they used an old filing number when setting it up with the court. It was a total mess. We are still involved in litigation with the developer and we are being sued for a substantial sum of money. I believe if Mr. Terry was a good attorney this case would have been resolved by him.

I am not going to waste your time with a sob story, In my opinion, it is best to just use another company.
This rating is not rectifiable, so please don't ask again.
Rest assured, I am a legitimate customer that paid Mr. Levine for his services. They can play the semantics game and say that I am not their "client", but again, I absolutely used his services, thus, I am leaving a legitimate review of my personal experience, to suggest otherwise is misleading to say the least.
Mr. Levine did contact me to rectify this situation but we are at an impasse.
He is suggesting that clarification of a mediation agreement that he authored is considered legal advice, and I disagree.
It is important for mediators to be aware of the line between clarification and advice, especially during mediation.
He seemed to understand this point during mediation.
As I understand it, as a mediator, he was never allowed to provide legal advice but he was, and still is, allowed to clarify what is written in the mediation agreement that he authored.
