Steve Gerrish was exactly the guy I needed when I negotiated my employment contract at the sale of my company. He had a framework of reasonable and customary terms, but he was completely open to my idiosyncratic preferences. I may have imagined it, but I felt that he absolutely understood what I wanted to accomplish, and (conversely) what I did not care about at all.
He was clear and responsive when I was drafting and negotiating the contract, and he was ready and alert when the provisions were unexpectedly triggered.

I had an involved situation where I "did the right vs easy thing" and was consequently nearly terminated with significant financial cost. While my company was being acquired I proactively went to the acquirer to defended my sales team mate (a top revenue generator) who was not offered a job. I was offered a job and could have simply taken the easy path and done nothing. The parent company began an investigation which verified the problem. My current company then tried to fire me within 5 days of the acquisition completion. I contacted a wide range of lawyers (I offered to pay all fees) and none would help; too complicated. Dan immediately agreed to take the case. He prevented my firing and worked with me to effectively resolve the situation over the next few months. Dan, too, could have done the easy vs right thing by not taking my case. It's clear Dan practices law for the right reasons. It was a tough challenge legally and personally. He had to quickly determine my credibility with no previous history particularly given the acquirer was one of the world's largest software companies and the probability of success very low. During this process I gained deep respect for Dan and the legal profession. I would have been slaughtered financially and psychologically without Dan's advice and counsel. I can't say enough good things. He quickly designed an effective defense and guided me through the process. He also became a great career coach and mentor regularly giving me tough feedback on the required actions and my shortcomings. I think I'm a fairly tough and strong person having excelled at aviation officer candidate school (AOCS) with U.S. Marine Corps (USMC) drill instructors and 2 subsequent rigorous tours of duty in the U.S. Navy. I could not have succeeded in this situation without Dan. His professionalism, dedication, selflessness, and team work are world class. I will always be indebted to him. He has my strongest recommendation. Those fortunate enough to work with Dan will receive the best legal representation and personal commitment available at any price, any where. Dan is truly in his own league.

I will always be thankful and appreciative of Ben Cintz. He was always responsive, sensitive, and extremely knowledgeable of the law. Ben always took the time to explain everything openly and clearly so that I knew what was going on with my case. He helped me at a time when I felt helpless because I was falsely accused of doing something and was terminated by a large company. Ben discovered written evidence that several employees as well as management deliberately planted evidence against me and lied about it to get me terminated. Because of Ben Cintz expertise, I was awarded several years of back pay with raises, along with my job back with a promotion, and a nice monetary settlement. Thank you, Benjamen Cintz!

I purchased a condo that seller did not disclose the unit is not in compliance with HOA architecture requirements. I ended up need to find an attorney to solve this issue with HOA and seller. It is a vey complex situation, and lots of lawyers I talked either has no HOA experience or do not think the damage is big enough for their time.
Before I met Michael, I had hired 2 attorneys for the same issue. The first attorney was not responsive, does not have adequate real-estate law experiences and knowledge, and always delays the process. The second attorney, I found her through a reputable law company, and with more than 20 years real estate experiences. She is a lot better than the first one, but still can’t resolve the issue between seller, HOA and myself.
After the 2 not so good attorneys, I was very frustrated until I met Michael. My friend recommended Michael to me, and he did help me to resolve the issue. Michael is very responsive, and he is super fast. He surprises me that he knows a lot more real estate laws by comparing him to others I used and talked. He always thinks about his clients, and he really pays attentions to details when he drafts the legal documents. I was amazed that he checks the building requirements that most lawyers could miss it before he puts the numbers on my agreements/legal documents. He has very high negations skills and always helps you to prepare the next step. By comparison, I think Michael is the attorney I have had. Not just my opinion, the HOA attorney also told me that I have an excellent attorney to represent me and put my interest on the top of his priority.
I think if I don’t have Michael to be my attorney, I will not be able to get the issue settled. You may be worry about he is so expensive, but he charges reasonable hourly rate with the highest quality. Why do I know? I hired other 2 attorneys before him, and they charged not less than Michael.

Alan helped us navigate the complexities of California regulations when opening our franchise. He did very extensive and thorough research to ensure that we are protected under the law.
He is always courteous and easy to talk to and tries to explain the law in layman's terms. He doesn't overwhelm you with a lot of confusing, legal terminology. He always made himself available when we needed his help. When we were up against a deadline, Alan worked weekends and on his vacation to accommodate us.

I saw Mr. Bronisky about a real estate breach of contract case as a defendant. At the time, I knew very little about the law. I was sure the legal system would protect me from what I believed was a frivolous case. Further, Charlie told me I had the law on my side. After several months of motions, legal research, and bills, I felt sick to my stomach. Each argument we presented was defeated by the plaintiff, and I realized that the lawsuit did in fact have merit. When it came to ask Charlie whether I should settle, he said only I can make that decision. Yet, he seemed so convinced I would win just months earlier and the facts didn't seem any different.
I feel that my lawyer misled me about the strength of my case. Had he told me the truth, I would have settled right away. Instead, I spent a lot of money to do the same thing in the end- settle.

Mr. Bronitsky is an excellent attorney. If you need to pursue legal action, he's definitely the guy you want on your side. But what I like about him the most, is he will tell you when NOT to pursue legal action because your case is not strong enough or not worth the cost. His honesty is not often seen in the legal profession. From the moment you hire him, he will be your advocate and your protector. I wouldn't trade him for anyone.
