I first met Steve Bolton in 1983. He was a realtor back then, taking over the family business upon the sudden death of his father. Steve was the realtor that handled our first purchase in the area. I was impressed with his professionalizm and truthful and honest guidance on this sale. A coupe years later Steve was feeling the need to pursue his true passion - law. While he was a great realtor it was time to go back to school. After graduating at the top of his class he came back to Park Rapids and set up shop. With this background Steve has been invaluable as a real estate attorney. I've used his expertise several times. He's also become respected as a honest and effective estate planning attorney. Steve is someone I know I can trust for expertise and solid advice in anything I bring to him. I've used he services several times - all with perfect results. I always seek his advice before entering into a transaction. In one potential real estate transaction, in which he was advising me, he stated that if this goes wrong "you'll have an interesting case....and you don't want an interesting case." Based on that advice I backed out and was forever happy that I did and grateful for is sound advice. In conclusion Steve Bolton has been my attorney and my friend for over thirty years. There's nothing I wouldn't trust him with. He loves the complex cases, and excels in them. He also loves to help his clients with the stuff that's complex to us laymen but simple for him. mr.bolton was the lawyer that my mother used in the past.to due her will..i called him when she became ill and needed to make a few changes he took the time to come to the house and see her and made the changes..after her passing he helped me with paper work to buy my moms house from my sisters..he made everything simple and effortless. for I live out of state..and would recommend his office to family and friends
