I met Dennis at his office in Pasadena because my lender was going to foreclose on my home. I had no where else to turn and I was desperate. What impressed me was that he had a huge team at his office that listened to me, and they knew exactly what my bank was doing and reassured me that they've done this before. They outlined a strategy and I felt relieved. I really felt that I had a team behind me. Anyways, the result was that they found some bank errors which effectively blocked the foreclosure, and it forced them back to the bargaining table. We are negotiating a new loan and it's so much better then what I could of ever hoped for.

Charles Gugliuzza is a great lawyer, truly. I've been in a tight situations before, but this (the last time) there was a problem with a construction paper. Nearly 6 years ago it was my first time needing an attorney, and not knowing where to look I called a few that popped up on yelp. I am extremely grateful for the assistance of Rocky and Tawny. They are the best attorneys out there who will fight hard for you. They had prepared a strong case, against my section 8 tenant, who had filed a frivolous elder abuse restraining order against me, after I had served my tenants with a 3 b-day notice to perform or quit.
Rocky and Tawny was able to expose the lies of my tenant, in front of the judge. The tenant couldn't keep his story straight. The tenant was even laughing at me, while I was speaking, and the judge had admonished my tenant.
Thankfully, with the assistance of Rocky and Tawny, the judge had dismissed their frivolous Elder Abuse Restraining order!

I would not go with them again. They continuously gave me false information about the tow yard, the other persons insurance, the amount I would be receiving and that was only when I reached out. Never got a call or email to notify me of what was going on. They did win my case but it was a easy win, it was 100% not may fault so. I think on top of the trauma and problems that the accident brought me, they just piled on. Also offered to mail my check faster if I gave a review.....
