Brad was wonderful to work with through my case. I was in such a difficult place after my issue with previous homeowners and I felt like I didn't know where to turn or what to do next. When I first met with Ed for a free consultation at this downtown office he spent over an hour with me. After searching for after search for my legal question online, I put my list of questions together for Ed and he went through them and answered them all for me.I was facing a potential foreclosure which is very stressful being this is a home that I have great pride in , have owned for over 10 years and have a lot of money invested in. He explained to me every and all options I have available to me, and what he would be able to do for me. He also offered me a very reasonable payment plan which made it very easy for me to move forward right away. He truly just wanted to help and it was very clear.I did not get that from anyone else I had met with as all I felt with them is they were rushing me out and trying to get a retainer agreement set up. So far, it has been the most pleasure experience under the circumstances of having to need an attorney in the first place. He is always a phone call away if I have any questions or concerns, even late at night and on weekends. He always keeps me up to date on the status of my case.
I am still working with him and usually do not take the time to write reviews but in this case I felt it was worth it as I know how important it is when people just do not know who to choose when there are so many out there advertising their services.
In addition I am a Realtor so he also does Real Estate closings in which he has also handled for my clients and they have been handled so smoothly that now I have a go to guy to use that I know will make for a smooth transaction.

November 2020 was a devastating time for our sister as her husband died from COVID. His financial affairs were a total disaster, leaving his wife, our sister, an emotional, financial and physical wreck besides being disabled as well. We, that is, our other sister and her husband including myself, sometime shortly after this horrific sudden death, somehow, by the grace of God, had recommendations that Steve Braverman would be the perfect attorney for this situation. The 4 of us had a 4-way ( we were in 3 different states! ) phone consultation with Steve. Afterwards there was a joint consensus that Steve would be the perfect lawyer for our sister. Shortly thereafter, we hired him immediately and we have not looked back. Many complicated hoops we had to jump through, many questions and concerns, yes, fears and frustrations, but Steve was ALWAYS there for us, navigating us through quite frankly a mess of financial issues as one can imagine. Carlos went above and beyond to help me and my family. For the last 3 years he has represented me in my foreclosure case. Duane was simply incredible with my case. Although not real estate related he helped me achieve a restraining order and was incredibly well educated on the legal preceding that took place, acquiring a guilty plea and winning my case without ever going to trial. I hired Amy to review the lease for a commercial space, and I could not be happier with her services! She was extremely thorough in reviewing the lease and helped me to craft the best strategy for negotiating terms with the landlord.
