Chris helped my mom out with a claim against an insurance company for an injury she suffered from a car accident.
Chris was able to explain the process to her with exceptional detail, and never made her feel like she was asking stupid questions.
He set appropriate expectations, so that we knew what to expect and followed through with his promise and his commitment.

i found attorney Wolinetz on line about two years ago and she has meet all of my expectations more than I could have amagined. Since that time I've refferred severel people to her because I believe she is honest and fair in handling matters. After interviewing a million lawyers I hired Ms Wolinetz to handle my situation. The situation is a complex civil matter with a lot of moving parts. A lot attorneys I spoke with were qualified but were looking for a case with a larger return. Still others could not handle the detail. We're not done yet but I would consider an interview and consult with Ms Wolinetz appropiate for anyone needing assistance in her areas of law.

I had court today with tom for the 3rd time for a criminal case. He walked over to the judge handed him a green sheet for dismissal and the judge said he couldn't dismiss it with restitution so tom and the DA were both like um ya you can just do it and the judge just said Um ok case dismissed. I have been involved in the court system for quite some time and I've never seen that. I will def never use another lawyer. His prices are not bad and now that I've seen him work they are completely worth it! Thank you so much Tom! I shall remain free because of you.

I never thought I'd be writing A great rating for a lawyer, they usually don't work very hard and they take all your money. But I can tell you Brian Ward is an excellent attorney, he's quick, sharp, to the pt, and as honest and reasonable as they come. I'm very impressed with him. Used him for a trespass issue with my psycho neighbor and we intend to use him in family court in dealings with my husbands crooked ex. He's great! His wife is a too notch real estate lawyer too. They dont leave u hanging and know their clients. Exceeds expectations, never lazy and he won't break your wallet. He handles tresspass, some real estate, criminal and I heard "Divorce-family" law is his specialty!

In 2017, I sustained a significant injury while participating in a work-related training exercise. I took the appropriate steps to notify my employer about the incident. My employer began their investigation into the incident and ultimately accepted liability for my injury. They began to compensate me for my time out of work as well as covered expenses related to medical treatments and medication prescribed by my pain management provider. However, as my case went on, communication with my claims adjuster began to diminish and approval for treatments and medication began to take longer than usual. I wanted to be sure that I was being treated fairly as I have never been injured on the job.
I began to research Attorneys in the city and state that I resided in and had verbally spoken to a few of them. None of the Attorneys in my area were willing to take on my case as the injury took place on a Military Installation. I began to research the best Attorneys for Defense Base Act claims and stumbled upon Morgan Gray & Associates. After my initial conversation with Attorney Gray, he seemed to be very knowledgeable and experienced as it relates to DBA claims. He mailed some documents to my home for my review. After thoroughly reviewing the documents, I decided to proceed with the process of retaining his Law office.
I could tell that things were beginning to go more smoothly after appointing him to represent me in my claim. Medications and prior authorizations were no longer taking as long as they had been in the past. There were several instances in which the insurance company reduced my compensation based on a Labor Market Survey they had performed. Attorney Gray requested an informal conference with the Dept of Labor, and in all those instances, the Dept of Labor ultimately sided with the opinion of my Counsel and treating Physician.
Attorney Gray and his team also assisted me with filing for Social Security Disability Insurance after being out of work for more than 3 years. I was denied 3 times before Attorney Gray requested my case be presented in front of an Administrative Law Judge. Attorney Gray flew in to be present for my hearing as well as thoroughly prepared me for what to expect at the time of the hearing. The Administrative Law Judge agreed with the opinion of Attorney Gray as it pertained to extent of my injury, the effects the injury had on my activities of daily living and the inability to return to my usual work or any work at that time. It was determined by the ALJ that I was eligible for SSID benefits as well as Medicare coverage.
After more than 7 years of being out of work and on Worker’s Compensation, Attorney Gray was able to negotiate a monetary settlement on my behalf that I feel represents a fair compensation amount for my injury sustained as well as my time off from work. Lifelong medical coverage for my injury will also be the responsibility of the Insurance Carrier.
I would not have been even remotely close to achieving any of this on my own. I truly appreciate the assistance of Attorney Gray and his legal and administrative team.

If you are taking the time to read these reviews, you are more than likely in the same extremely stressful, nightmare of a situation I was in before I made the call to Attorney Sam Caccavale. Trust me when I tell you, it is absolutely worth making the call. Sam was and still is incredible. My workers comp. injury case was dragged out for almost 2 years because my company and the insurance company fought us every single step of the way and I can honestly say Sam is the reason I got treatment and benefits. He is right there with you through every step and knows exactly what needs to be done. He is always on the ball with what you need to be successful in the fight you will more than likely face. He is very well respected by the Judges you will go before and they all were impressed with his work. One of the things as a client, I appreciate most about Sam is his honesty. I ended up buying a wrong condo from a rude builder, due to this attorney Nancy. She should be informing every things in the contract, as it was my first purchase. Instead she assigned me to her junior staff Sarah. Both did not apprise me with the things that I should be expecting or warned about potential consequences in the contract. Sarah sent email with hundreds of papers in the last days before closing. On top of it she yelled at me, for not picking her phone call. I can't believe Nancy keeps such unprofessional staff at her office too.

Used David Levin to form multiple LLCs. Everything was great until an error was discovered a few years later. Refused to take responsibility and blamed it on another party. I even offered to have him speak to the other party for clarification or even request an official document from the government entity that will demonstrate his error. He ignored the offer and kept blaming the other party. He is now retired but be careful when using this law firm. That type of behavior is a reflection on the firm and not just the individual.

Hello all, I’m not sure why this attorney got 5 stars. I have to say when it’s come to money his happy to talk, Once you pay him that’s it, Cabana is a terrible attorney to work with. His unprofessional, doesn’t get any paperwork done till a day before the due date, to the court. He does everything at the last minute, Very disorganized all your Important documents will be on the floor, he doesn’t have a safe place to put documents. Dirty office as call “attorney office “ Lol. He yells at you when you try to say something that he didn’t do. What funny about him the day of the court he doesn’t have a ride. I have to take him with me, you think while riding he will tell you what to expect from the judge nope. He slept till you arrived. This is the worst attorney. He owes me I give up on him terrible, terrible, terrible, do not hire him. If you do hire this man tell me what you think. By the way this was a Divorce case.

Be aware, Gave Brian 10,000 deposit was the only time he answered his phone or texts. Ask to have an update on filings he was suppose to make every Fridays, never did once ! February till May never did anything on my case. Caught him in many lies. Asked for all my info and my deposit on the same day he then started working on my case too little too late NEVER got any money back for ZERO work calling the State Licensing board and Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers Today!

Attorney B. Sullivan failed to prepare a written fee agreement for us to sign as required by Massachusetts rules. Subsequently, B. Sullivan filed a lawsuit in Barnstable District Court,, B.S failed to file a default required by Massachusetts Court rules. B.S. again failed to provide documentation at the hearing that “ explained the contract language”
and identify the lien and draft a more complete financial statement. As a result of B. Sullivan’s egregious negligence and incompetence, the trial court dismissed the lien and lawsuit. B. Sullivan continues to restate false claims to the Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers to avoid disbarment.
