If you have been accused of something please do yourself a favor and at least have a consultation with Tom. It is overwhelming to go through this experience, particularly when you have never been accused of something in the past. From the first second I sat down with Tom, it was obvious that he truly cared about me, and I felt that I had an ally in my fight. Nobody likes lawyers, until you need a lawyer. Knowing that I had Garrett on my side has made owning a business a much more pleasant experience. He knows corporate law and he makes sure I'm doing what I need to be doing to run an ethical, legal business. Garrett Sutton is the reason I can't make lawyer jokes anymore. He is trustworthy, smart, and ethical. Not much room for jokes there. He has helped me incorporate two businesses, written articles for magazines I've edited, and helped me form my publishing company, Lucky Bat Books. He has been there with patient answers for my most ridiculous questions and has always made me feel as if this business stuff is something I can handle. He not only formed my corporation, he guided me through writing contracts and establishing billing regimen, and even recommended someone to do my taxes. I would trust him with any legal matter.
Garrett's kindness is well known in my community and is a major reason I originally sought him out. I interviewed him for a story on autism because of his charity work with Sierra Kids Foundation, which provides money for treatment of autism for families who otherwise wouldn't be able to afford it. I'm glad I did. As a writer and publisher himself, he has given me so much useful advice he ought to write a book. In fact, he has. Several. I've read them all.

My wife and I contacted Mr. Hsu by telephone after being sued by the buyer/new owners of our vacation home in Nevada. Since we reside in California, we went on line looking for legal representation and found Maupin/Cox/Legoy attorneys at law. After explaining our situation to the receptionists, we were put in touch with Mr. Hsu. We advised Mr. Hsu we were being sued for "Fraudulent Misrepresentations and Nondisclosures" in connection with the sale of our property in Nevada the previous year. After explaining everything to Mr. Hsu, he requested certain documents from us which we faxed immediately. Mr. Hsu then responded to opposing counsel within 24 hours explaining our rights, our truthfulness when completing the Seller's Real Property Disclosure Form (SRPD) and Nevada law pertaining to our case. After Mr. Hsu's letter to the opposing counsel, we never heard another word from opposing counsel about this matter. All of this was completed through emails, telephone conversations and faxes. Mr. Hsu is very professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. We would definitely recommend Mr. Hsu should you ever need an attorney. Thank you Rick!

Phil was courteous and attentive. He listened patiently, interjecting questions when needed. Correspondence was sent out quickly and documents filed on time. Phil was easy to reach if I had a concern and was also excellent at contacting me when there was something to report.
I went into our first meeting with opposing counsel and my now, ex-partner feeling very anxious. Immediately it became obvious Phil was well-versed in my case. He was able to root out the weakness in opposing counsels positions, surgically dissecting inconsistencies in their arguments, showing they were ill-prepared. By the end of this first meeting I was sitting tall, knowing that I was in good hands.
It was enjoyable working with Phil. I could tell he really enjoys what he does. He treated my case like a chess game, anticipating opposing counsels moves, then figuring out how to overcome two moves ahead.
One thing I really appreciated was his honesty. He let me know potential costs and time involved with my choice of paths to take.
Sometimes in business you can get bitter and want revenge. You argue over principle rather than a fair and just outcome. Phil kept me focused on the intellectual aspect of my case rather than on my emotions that would have cost me $1000's of wasted dollars. He truly is a remarkable attorney.

Last year my Dad passed away and there were problems with his estate. Before Joe, I hired two attorneys to help me. The first one charged me $2,500 for two letters. The second charged me $10,000, never answered any questions,never sent me an invoice, withdrew from the case and left me high and dry.
Joe cleaned up the mess. He ALWAYS returned my calls and e mails. The best $100 I ever spent in my life was for the one hour preview of my case. Joe DID exactly what he said he would do. Joe Gorman is a honest, caring professional attorney. What else would you want in your lawyer? Thank you, Joe.

Jarrad is very pleasant to work with, and more importantly he is very knowledgeable with regards to the law and does his "homework" to know and understand all that is taking place with our business issue.
Jarrad always makes himself available if we need to speak with on the phone, or if we communicate by email he is quick to answer. He also has an excellent paralegal who works closely with him, who is always available to discuss matters with or to pass on information to Jarrad.

I was put in contact with Ryan after sending an inquiry to the Primerus website. After receiving an e-mail response, Ryan and I spoke over the phone discussing aspects of my concerns with a previously signed Non-disclosure Agreement. Ryan was extremely helpful in presenting a clear explanation of my options as well as knowledge pertaining to such an agreement in its generality. At the time of leaving this review, I had not moved forward with the matter due to the conclusion that it would be un-necessary. However, I would not hesitate to proceed on subsequent steps with Ryan should the necessity arise.

Recently I had issues with a brand new vehicle I purchased from a dealership in Reno, NV. The brakes on the vehicle failed four times in less than 30-days. Despite the Attorney General of NV classifying the vehicle as a lemon and interceding on my behalf, the dealership and manufacturer wouldn't take the vehicle back. That was until I hired John Funk. In my opinion, he's one of the best attorney's I've ever worked with. He's a no-nonsense, transparent, and clear communicator. From day one I felt he was going to resolve an almost four month dispute. John's plan was implemented swiftly and ultimately I received a brand new vehicle and a settlement check from the manufacturer. I am very pleased with this result. Waste of money! Scheduled a meeting to discuss my kids case we had my 3-year-old granddaughter with us. In the middle of me explaining why I did not feel he should sign a plea deal for 2 to 5 years Jesse screams at the top of his lungs "Get out of my office", I do not like the way you're talking to me", Get out now" everyone in the entire office including my friend outside in the car could hear him scream at me. I was not being rude I was just explaining to him my feelings about the plea deal and he acted like a crazy person totally unprofessional He had not looked at my kids discovery, he had not read one bit of any of the information in the discovery. He just wanted my kid to sign a plea deal after we paid him $8,000. He has caused my son duress through this entire process and that day he caused me duress and my 3-year-old granddaughter duress. I can understand if he felt disrespected but you do not scream at the top of your lungs for a clients a mother to get out of your office. He is mean and rude and has not offered my son one bit of communication or compassion through this entire process. What is your freedom worth??? I Will be contacting anybody that will listen because as far as I'm concerned he owes my son back all the money he's paid. He was so mean and evil looking I was blown away. As well as my son.
