Mr. Pagano along with the other staff at the firm are extremely professional and courteous. He listens to you and answers every question you may have. He is very straight forward and down to business but very down to Earth at the same time. I was very nervous and kind of embarrassed when consulting with him about a Chapter 7 but he was very understanding and walked me through the entire process. I called for my consultation and everything seem to be ok. Because I was applying for disability they told if I couldn't do the steps to their office then he'd send me everything to sign and get the ball rolling. He kept in contact to let me know each step, and if I had any questions I could call his office and speak with the sweetheart of a secretary. My calls were always returned by Lawyer Hunter, and I was never made to feel my questions were unimportant. He'd always say, "No thats what I'm here for."
I never stepped a foot in his office, and never met him face to face until the day of my hearing. Yes, I was rewarded my benefits. I'd refer him to anybody that wants an attorney that really goes to bat for them in a very professional way.

I will get this brief. Craig and his team (Thomas specifically) helped me win a case against an uninsured motorist who wreaked havoc and tried to get off scotch free. I cannot recommend Craig and his team enough. I used David Long as my attorney due to being charged with reckless driving in VA. I'm a out of state driver so was not aware how serious this charge was until I looked it up. David explained and told me a list of things needed to have a chance at a reduce charge. He appeared in court for me and was able to get it reduced to just paying a fine plus court fees. I was pleased with results as I was nervous about this whole situation. I definitely recommend David for all your traffic ticket needs!

Sandy Bowen handled my separation and divorce with the utmost professionalism and was able to take me through a very difficult process with positive results. I was charged with reckless driving/passing two vehicles abreast in Augusta County, Virginia. Said charge is a misdemeanor offense with penalties as severe as a $2,500 fine, up to one year in jail as well as six demerit points on the offender's driver's license. I decided that retaining legal counsel to deal with this matter was in my best interest.
I decided to contact David Parker based on solid Google reviews and was not disappointed. David responded to me quickly and we established a dialogue. I felt like David was the right person to help me with this issue and hired him to represent me. David communicates clearly and in a timely matter and really helped me understand the case and feel a bit less anxious about the situation. I ultimately ended up agreeing to a plea deal which was a reduced charge that was not a misdemeanor, which carried a small fine and 3 demerit points on my license. And I did not have to appear in court!
