We retained Ms. Jackson to prepare several estate documents. In our initial meeting she explained options for what we wanted to achieve and answered our questions. When we agreed to retain her, we signed a letter of engagement that detailed her scope of work and fees. Her website provides a list of fees for specific services. When we received the drafts of our documents she very promptly and thoroughly answered our questions. Once the documents were executed, she provided us with paper originals and electronic copies.
Making appointments was easy and with two locations we could meet where most convenient for us. She took sufficient time with us and didn’t make us feel rushed. She has good credentials, was knowledgeable, professional and pleasant to deal with.
We were very pleased with our experience.

I was referred to a different attorney by a friend who turned out not to practice divorce or family law and he referred me to Jamie Mosser who does as well as many other practices. This is without a doubt the best phone call I have made. I had gone through two other attorneys and spent tens of thousands of dollars unfortunately battling my ex-wife over many issues one of which is just spending more time with my son. Carbary and Nave both were not looking out for my best interest I don't know which one is actually the worst of the two, I dealt with the latter for most of the time and my ex-wife seem to be beating me at every turn and trying to make it so expensive to continue my relationship with my son that I would quit, that never would have happened. Since I hire Jamie a lot has changed I have increased time with my son and many of the falsities my ex-wife claimed have been seen by the judge to be untrue. I am extremely grateful for everything that she has done for me and would highly highly recommend her to anybody, she goes above and beyond for her clients and truly does care. Something that is very difficult to find!

Wow, let me share the experience I just had during my "free consultation" phone call this morning. I called to see if I had a legal standing about a HOA covenant that is in question. The attorney started by asking if I wanted free advice or am I looking for a lawyer, to which I responded "I don't know, that's why I'm calling, to see if anything can be done.". Then, he's like "What's the issue?". After telling him the issue, he basically went off, stating "I can't help you, they can do whatever they want, and he'd have to review all the documents", and then loudly, "I can't do that for free!." First, I had never asked him to do that for free, and I responded with "I would've been happy to pay you to review the documents, but given the poor experience on this call, I'll go elsewhere, thank you.". This guy must have been having a really bad morning! I wish I had the audio so everyone could hear how rude he was. Stay away from this firm...

there is no star option. When Peter Follenweider took my case pro bono I thought I won a lottery as I could not afford a lawyer when my husband filed for divorce. I was misrepresented by Peter and I still wonder what is the connection between him and the judge. My sister in law wrote to me: You have been validated. You got screwed. I don’t know what more I can say. I was left by my husband in Poland with 2 small children with no job no money no housing still the judge did not award me any alimony. All this with the permission and on the watch of Peter. He did not fight for my justice at all. I am in late 50's with no assets. I do not have my own house. I have many medical issues that effect my earning while my ex enjoys 5000+ VA benefits a month tax free with his lover. His disabilities are supposedly PTSD but he is absolutely fit and healthy. n my opinion his disabilities are a hoax. Stay away from Peter Follenweider. He ruin my life. I look with fear in the next year as my salary of 1000 USD a month is just enough to rent studio. I do not have a car.

As I litigation adjuster for over 35 years, I worked with many attorneys but none as unprofessional as Cuscaden. He represents Shodeen whom I certain all have heard of. I was a tenant in one of their buildings paying $2,240 a month. After a serious car accident (not my fault) I had to retire and told the apartment Manager, Monica that I could no longer afford the rent and had to move or be evicted. I spoke to Cuscaden yesterday and he told me that he would not chase a senior citizen across the country to AZ where the rent is half. He has yet to file suit 30 days later or issue any letters. The property manager keeps telling prospective landlords in AZ that my case is in legal which it is not. He was rude to me yesterday on the phone and via e-mail today. FILE suit if my case is in legal so that I may go on with my life and my new hip!!!!

I hired Doug as a lawyer for my business issue case in February 2019.
He assured me that my case is a piece of cake and he will get court order at no time. He specified dollar amount for "best case" scenario and "worse case" scenario.
Within a month into his time as my lawyer, even before we appeared on front of the judge, "worth case" scenario hit the mark. He completed tasks which were not even part of the case and sent to me invoice for these tasks.
When we went on front of the judge for first time, he told to the judge that his assistant made mistake by sending summons to people which should not be served at that time. But those tasks were included in my invoice.
When judge scheduled next step and I asked questions about it, Doug could not explain to me what judge scheduled and why we are going this route.
Instead he got upset because he could not answer my questions, and he notified me that he is withdrawing from my case, stating that I expressed in no uncertain terms my dissatisfaction with his actions in Court.
What kind of professional does this?
He did take a lot of money from me and did nothing. Instead, when our mutually agreed budget ran out, he ran out as well. He ran from just couple of valuable questions which I asked him as a client.
