In late September 2023, I was rear-ended by an 18 wheel truck.
Injured, and with extensive damage to my vehicle, along with injuries my passenger sustained....
After a careful search and consideration, Law Offices of Bruce Julian Kitchin and I agreed to take my case.

My rights are something I want PROTECTED, AT ALL TIMES.
This firm achieved those goals.
I am not at Liberty to discuss details of any settlement.
I simply can't.

Throughout aggressive business negotiations Bob was always honest and upfront with us. There was never any question that he had our needs and requirements in mind while dealing with opposing council. He was firmly in control of the negotiating process and because of this, we were able to settle our dispute without the need of litigation.

Bob took on a difficult case for myself and 12 others involved in our situation and proved that he can move mountains! He has been thorough in obtaining details and presenting them clearly during our multiple court hearings. I have felt confident in having him represent me. How do you, in words, describe someone who was simultaneously instrumental in changing and improving the quality of life for you and your child? There just aren't enough words! However, when I do try, I always seem to begin at hero.
When I needed someone to listen to my exhaustion resulting from a custody battle that was ongoing for over twelve years, not only did Juan listen with a genuine concern but he instantly connected to understanding both parties. One adult wasn't pitted against the other adult. One parent wasn't the good parent or bad parent. His response was the best interest of the child.
Juan took on years of pain, manipulation, chaos, slander and drama as if it were his own family. He sacrificed, worked tirelessly and stretched every minute and resource to achieve the best interest of our case. I am still in awe at the amount of sweat equity this one man put into his work.
Our case was a true victory. As a result of the outcome, my child who has a special need, has come out of remission and is thriving mentally, physically, socially and educationally. Her life skills are no longer a distant hope but a present obtainable goal. She's even starting to contribute to our community. The hope of her taking care of herself and others around her has rapidly become a practice in our everyday lives.

This was a urgent workers comp case and they took their sweet time to follow up while I wasn't able to get any medical treatments due to no health insurance and my employer refusing to let me see one of theirs. This was a very unsettling experience.

She represented me during a very consuming custody battle and chose to listen to gossip and unfounded claims from the Opposing Attorney, since they were friends in High School. She chose to gossip instead of represent me. She even was “kind” enough to not charge me after she judged me. My ex husband who won custody of my Son killed himself 3 months after he was arrested awarded custody.
Use her with great caution.

Will attempt to retaliate against others to save face or redeem himself. Made assurance with no payoff. Very rude guy if he doesn't get his way. Will file complaint with State Bar.
