I have nothing but the upmost respect and admiration for Mr. Hochman. His professionalism is top notch. He assisted me with a short sale of my home -- a situation I found myself in shortly after my husband died unexpectedly. Mr. Hochman got my home sold and also obtained a debt relief for me totaling around $295,000. With the sale of my home and debt relief I am able to continue my journey of finding my "new" normal and move on with my life as best as I can without my spouse. Scott was my ex's adult son's attorney when he tried to evict me from a house He knew I didn't live in,in a state I don't live in 400 miles from my actual residence with absolutely no documentation to back his position.Once I was removed from the eviction suit (last minute prior to trial) I continued to observe case go on to a court room via zoom against my Ex and her room mate.I saw every document served to of my co-defendants/filed with the court as well as my own.I am not impressed with Scott's performance live in the court room nor was I impressed with the admin/paper work side of it.....rife with procedural errors from the day he took over.The case was heard despite the glaring and basic procedural errors in the interest of not wasting court time having them refiling a new hearing correctly.The poorly structured case was easily cut down by the county's pro-bono housing attorney. Ultimately I'm not impressed by the by the structure of the second case against my ex in the same family feud with the same attorney either.This latter mentioned case regarding title was recently dropped before going to court. I can't recommend this service

This guy helped his client try to evict me from a house I didn't live in,no sort of paperwork or anything saying i lived there as part of a bigger family dispute.I got that fixed but had to sit through a zoom court proceeding related to this in which Scott was representing the other side.The county pro-bono attorney program was stellar and had no problem shooting him down.I honestly was not impressed.His approach and the document packet were poorly at best and his court room performance wasn't much better.The judge was not impressed with his attitude either.We suspect that the paperwork was all handled by the client whom fancies herself a legal buff but I suppose putting your name on an unqualified clients work isn't much better if that is the case.Either way he is currently included in a ADA/human rights commission case as council to the perpetrator as well.

Worst attorney ever crocked as hell. How someone that is supposed to be for the law can hide his son from paying people he owes for work they did in 2020 and still hides him from his responsibility. Great dad no wonder he's an attorney

Called for consultation and was told I would receive a call back never did. They left me open wondering if I would receive communication back. Upon the court hearing The attorney was representing the other party. They never communicated to me that this was the case even after asking me questions regarding what I needed for representation. Be careful. Hope this helps anyone going through DV.
