Mr. Gardi is an excellent attorney. He assisted us in a real-estate purchase/sale which both closed the same day. We had several speed bumps along the way, including up to the last day before closing. However, Mr. Gardi helped us navigate through all of the issues, and we closed successfully on both properties.

I've known Karl for a few years now. I needed a trust drawn up and Karl was recommended by another attorney for his expertise and experience (trusts can be complicated). Karl was professional to work with, explained everything clearly, was dependable and returned phone calls promptly. Recently, I began the processof refinancing my home. Unfortuately, the day before the signing date , I was advised I needed last minute additional paperwork
Verified due to my home being in a trust. I was very stressed and reached out to Karl. He answered my call and handled this last minute problem so I could refinance on time. I have worked closely with Viren on several different cases, from patent searches on consumer products to business entity selection (LLC, Partnership, etc.) on incorporation, to contract review. Viren was very knowledgeable and talked to me as a partner as opposed to a subordinate. Most importantly, he has a knack for technology and seeking information when an answer is not known.

Mary Brady was able to handle a difficult eviction for one of my tenants who was not paying rent to me.
She was knowledgeable about the law and prepared me for the eviction trial. We ended up getting the tenant evicted and got a Court award of back money owed me and my attorneys fee I spent.

I partnered with Lavell for help pursuing a temporary restraining order and was charged $3,122.08 while working with four individuals. Unfortunately, nothing was done for my family, and the TRO was never filed in a timely manner. There were multiple mistakes, many unanswered calls, and emails. When it came time to hold someone accountable, I was again met with silence. This entire experience, from start to finish, was a lengthy and stressful process, and I would not recommend it to anyone. It has been a waste of my time and resources. The amount I was charged was never credited, and no one has gotten back to me.

That being said, most lawyers I personally encountered only cared about dragging things out and making themselves richer at the expense of the people that they were representing. I chose Tom as my USCCA (United States Concealed Carry Association) representative to ensure I’d have expert support as a firearm owner if needed. Years after our initial consultation and retainer payment, I encountered a situation that concerned me and could have potentially escalated into a more serious issue. Late on a Friday evening, I left him a voicemail, not expecting a response until the following week. To my surprise, he returned my call that same evening, addressing my concerns promptly and reassuring me that the issue was manageable.
By Monday, as he predicted, the matter was resolved, and my worries proved to be unfounded. While I can’t delve into the details of the legal concern, what stood out was Tom’s expertise in evaluating the situation and his accurate assessment of its likely outcome. His professionalism and swift action gave me immense peace of mind during a stressful time.
Now, one word of caution: as a client, I started receiving some really interesting articles from Tom's practice—on topics spanning all aspects of his practice. Most weren’t from Tom directly but from others in his firm. One day, my wife stormed in, furious, holding my phone like it was evidence in a courtroom. “Why,” she demanded, “are there emails about divorce in your inbox?” Now, we have a great relationship, so once I explained they were from Tom's firm, tied to his retainer, we both had a good laugh. But let me just say this: if your spouse happens to be the jealous type—especially one with a flair for dramatics—you might want to give them a heads-up.
