Mr. Ciatu set up an LLC in which we held investment properties, assisted with details in purchasing properties and tax consequences in selling properties, and when all properties were sold facilitated the closing of the LLC.

I made a telephone call to Marc Lieberman Monday, 30 September 2013 and left a message. I was very impressed that not only did Marc call me back less than 20 minutes later, but he gave me excellent and honest real estate advice. This was despite the fact that his advice to me would not bring him my business in this situation. I could tell that Marc had my best interests in mind by the advice he gave me. If I ever do need to hire a real estate attorney in Arizona, I would absolutely hire Marc Lieberman. I contacted Attorney Marc Lieberman in January to help me with a real estate transaction that just was out of control...the realtor did not do one thing to sell my home besides list it for sale. The realtor tried to adjust the original contract without my knowledge or permission to change his commission and forced me to use a title company who would not take my calls and tried to make sure he received his new commission rate! I emailed Attorney Lieberman through Avvo shortly after my house was under contract. Within 5 minutes I received an email back with answers from Attorney Lieberman!! After a few days of emailing, Attorney Lieberman advised that I should wait to retain him until I was ready to file a lawsuit. He gave me the cost in advance (ball park) and mentioned that he would assist me with questions until/if that time came. I would have to say Attorney Lieberman is an amazing attorney, he offered to help me at any hour of the day, was honest, and really made an impression with me.

I would strongly recommend Marc Lieberman as an attorney. He has the ability to work through complex situations and is a true deal maker. He is also very skilled at focusing on the important issues and being very efficient with his time. Marc does not get caught up in the ego battles many lawyers get caught up in, which merely costs clients time, money and considerable aggravation. With his soft manner, Marc is able to be both tough and effective, without letting the legal process spin out of control. This is a rare quality found in today's legal profesion. This of course saves money in that he is not just looking to run up the bill.
Most importantly, I always feel Marc has the clients best interests in mind when giving advice and providing legal services. Marc also has a great team of professionals he works with and will delegate tasks when appropriate.
In summary, I highly recommend Marc Lieberman due to his intelligence, service (always top notch) and his ability to put his clients' interest first.

It took lots of fighting to get this trucking company i worked for, pay for what they did to me. Mr. Miller fought off 2 attorneys, 6 so called "witnesses" forgery, stolen truck, the list goes on. I had very bad guys jumping on me but Mr. Miller came in and proved not once, but twice that this trucking company is at fault!! Alden did a great job with my photo radar ticket. I was charged with photo radar in Scottsdale. I didn't want to deal with insurance hikes. He told me these cases aren't easy to dismiss if the photo is clear. He was honest when he told me that I could lose prior to hiring him but that he would do his best. Andrew was very professional and I received a nice settlement for a faulty vehicle wrap that was put on my business mobile unit that the installer claimed was done correctly. I selected this law firm solely based on convenience and lack of research, my fault. Their staff is very friendly and pleasant to deal with; I will give them that. However, as my attorney, Brice was not a good fit for my case.
My case involved one minor child. The goal was to have the ability to move out of state with my child. Brice had ample information and time to prepare a rock solid case on my behalf. Well, he did not do that. He went into court very unprepared, had a very sloppy and weak cross examination. He failed to mention very pertinent details involving my child and her father. Didn’t highlight the benefits for the move. I could go on and on, but ultimately I was highly disappointed with Brice’s service and out 30k. Do your research before selecting any firm!

When another friend of mine, had some legal issues in his business, I recommended Greg. My only concern was that Greg may not take Dave's case because it was small potatoes and wouldn't give Greg much of a pay day... a far cry from his usual big ticket deals. Greg took the job because he has an innate sense of justice and he understood that Dave's very business could depend on getting rid of this frivolous lawsuit. He won handily. And, truth be told, probably didn't make Minimum Wage relative to the amount of hours he put in.
Based on the incredible job he did for David, I would not hesitate to recommend Greg for any matter- whether it be real estate, legal, or personal advice.

When we reached out to Mark, what impressed us right off the bat was that he answers his own phone. No secretary or an answering machine recording promising to get back to us, he began immediately to help and advise. Communication was excellent: he would answer questions and/or return calls promptly, usually within the hour. He is knowledgeable and savvy, and did an overall great job for us. Mr. Molique helped us after we received a letter from a government agency saying we owed them thousands of dollars. Mr. Molique prepared a letter on our behalf. He referenced many legal precedents and really explained to the agency why it was wrong. It was so firm and confident that our position was right and theirs wrong. We knew we could never have responded as effectively on our own. Mr. Molique also explained the situation to us in laymen’s terms so we understood our position and the government’s position and the risks of the course of action of not just paying what the government had demanded. After that one letter, the agency responded that they would not attempt to collect the money from us. We were very happy with the result, to say the least. I would highly recommend Mr. Molique.

I am the owner of a large business so hiring lawyers is something I have had to do as part of the job many times. Here is why I give Melanie 5 stars:
*She was referred by an attorney that knew her by being her opposition in a hotly contested case and he had a lot of great things to say (and I trust him, completely, as he is my friend)
*She screened me as the client and not the other way around, although she encourged hat. She won't take the client hat can pay her but only the client that has a real case she is willing to sign her name on. She is not free, don't get me wrong, but she's more than fair in her rates.
*She is up front about costs and risks - it's the firs thing she explains. Unlike almost everyone else, there was never "I'm getting you paid" or someing equally ridiculous. It was "I can't gaurantee anything in this business, no matter how correct you are legally or facually" - what? Honesty?
*She is aggressive as can be, but professional - I am not embarassed by an over-the-top crazy person, but I am proud of the fact that she is no taking anyone's crap
*She is not afraid to sue and will do what she says she will in her leters to the other lawyer (it really is not a threat - it is what is coming if there is not a resolution)
*She litigates cases as fast as possible, doesn't take BS from anyone, and remains ethical no mater what - she tells her cliens (me, at least and she said everyone - I of course believe her) that she will not ever pursue a case to the point of crossing lines she is not 100% proud of, as in, no loss of integrity and unethical activity is not up for discussion
*Dirty lawyers make her sick - she will fight them and be mad with you! She is genuinely PO'd when she calls to tell you what was filed for no reason or bad reasons like billing the file
*She is in favor of the fastest resolution - she encouraged setlement at every step and encouraged me when appropriate - she is not in it to bill the file and does not bill in the shower
*Nobody working with her is any different - her partner is her husband and they are high school sweethearts. Silly as it sounds, they are as good as it gets by way of "good people' and they have an adorable family you will get to know if you hang around long enough or simple talk with her or her husband, Justin
*Remeber the saying "good things come in small packages" - small firm, small lady (she's not exactly the tallest one in the room, lol), but not at all small work - impressive is an understatement!
*She knows the HOA community well - the regulars know her and her firm, and they don't want to mess with her unless they think they can win - insurance defense is anoher story, as that means the atorney can bill and bill and bill until someone in the big insurance company finally notices and then like magic it's time to setle! Melanie predicted this like a psychic, although she's not- she's just been there many, many times.
*Ingelligence. I don't mean run of the mill smart but really, really sharp!
*Ethical yet aggressive as I could have hoped for. IF you don't think this firm is strong enough for you, then you want the dirty attorney and not the one that acts professionally and follows ethical rules all attorneys are supposed to follow
*Economical. NO billing in the shower or anywhere near it! Fair billing at fair rates. You do get what you pay for, but you actually get a bit more here. If you go to the lower rate lawyer, you will likely have an ambulance chaser type of person.
