My wife and I used Three Rivers settlement for our purchase of a home from a family member and made the process extremely easy and smooth. We had somewhat of a unique situation with seller financing and Adam drew up all the necessary documents and made everything very understandable for us. Great settlement company that I can strongly recommend. Three Rivers did the closing on my house. As a first time buyer working without a realtor I had lots of naive questions, and needed some hand-holding through the process. They were extremely professional, patient in explaining the process and answering all my questions promptly. Adam helped me to find the correct standard contracts and addendums, was easily reachable and the closing costs were comparable to other closing companies. Closing was very smooth and Adam was happy to take time to explain the documents at closing, which I appreciated. Great service.

Mr. Ferguson took $3,000 plus in retainers wrote one letter to the other party and subsequently never responded to my numerous emails or phone calls. I would strongly not recommend him.

Free advise was given to me in regards to a tenant landlord situation where the landlord who was obligated to keep the lease did not. I was advised by Mr. Cogswell, ESQ to take $50 to $100 dollars off my rent, because the landlord closed off the laundry and storage facilities in the room provide by the lease in the building's basement. Later, the housing inspector made sure I had what property my landlord had taken or denied access to in our basement. It is now comfortably in my place, and I am not paying for water, I did not use in the basement. The fuse boxes are not readily available to the tenants or other(s) and the landlord had broken code enforcement regulations for the boro. Note: The landlord threatened eviction to anyone who took money off the rent, or placed it in an escrow account.
