I consulted Ms. Cohn over an evolving landlord tenant dispute. She provided information indicating that the agreement in place was of no value, and suggested very detailed steps to remedy the situation. I was involved in an auto accident where the other party was at fault, but they didn't want to accept responsibility, and their insurance wouldn't cover the damage. I called Cutrone & Associates, and Lou was really helpful. He talked through my situation over the phone and gave me great advice for my case even though there was really nothing in it for him because I am going to have to go through small claims court (you can't have a lawyer with you in small claims court). If I ever have any need for a lawyer in the future, I will definitely call Cutrone and Associates. Thanks, Lou!

Got crashed into by some scam artists. Ellery Gordon wasn't just a lawyer, he was an advocate and a friend. He really made sure I was OK and sent me to the best (non-scam) doc. Just an amazing and smooth experience. Communication was amazing.

I was involved in an accident while traveling through an intersection with green light when a car made a right and slammed into the side of my car. After the accident, the other driver lied to his insurance company and told them the accident was my fault, which caused them to initially deny my claim.
When I hired Shawn and Ellery I was sure there was nothing anyone could do to help me. They told me not to worry and that they would take care of everything. After a week they came back and told me that they took steps to investigate the claim and tracked down a witness from the scene who provided a statement confirming that the accident was caused by the other driver. On top of that they helped me get all the medical care I needed for my injuries and got me an incredible settlement. They never doubted me and kept me updated throughout the entire process. I am truly grateful for their help and cannot imagine better personal injury attorneys.
I cannot recommend Impact Attorneys enough for anyone involved in a car accident. They are incredible attorneys and incredible people. Thank you again.

es and let me tell you how easy it was. I initially found him using a google search after my toyota BZ4x had issues. This was about 2 years ago. He was able to get me my money back within 4 months without any issues. Im in norcal and the process was very easy. All documents were docusigned digitally. I purchased a new audi etron after the Toyota. After driving it for two years, putting 40k miles on it, and dealing with tons of issues, Nick was able to get me a refund extremely close to the original amount. I contacted him on May 31st and here is am exactly 3 months later with a very nice check. The process was just as easy and he even drove up to Livermore Ca from LA to help with the vehicle surrendering process. Here’s what puts him above the rest. I initially contacted a local law firm since i figured it would be easier to meet with someone in person. After looking at my documents they decided they would not even try to take on my case! Nick has been in the business for 18 years and it definitely shows. I am very glad to have used nick for my lemon law needs and would 100% recommend.

I made an appointment to have a consultation with David Almanez the eviction attorney. I waited for 45 minutes for the intake guy, Tyler to check his schedule. We agreed on a time and date, only for him to call me the next day to cancel and try to reschedule a week later. If this is how they treat a prospective client. No Thank you! I wonder if it’s because I live out of state, and the property is located in Los Angeles, and not in Sherman Oaks. Either way it’s obvious he didn’t want my business! It’s a blessing to know this before I gave them my retainer!
