First time using Zeidman & Carpenter for a real estate closing and it won't be the last! Lee and Corrie were great communicators during this super quick 7 day closing requested by the buyer. Lee had to navigate finding a surveyor who could get the property surveyed quickly which he did before I was able to utilize my contacts in this area at a very reasonable price. They were fantastic to work with and am looking forward to the next real estate transaction.

I was referred to David by a friend of mine who went through a bankruptcy himself. David and his team were absolutely top notch in their representation of my Chapter 7 case. I had a very complex case with very little assets while going through a contested divorce. David walked me through every step of the process, timely answered all my questions, and kept me and appraised of the status. He promptly replied to my divorce attorney emails as well when the case was filed, which helped me along the way.
I thought initially a case like mine would cost over $10,000 and David was able to do this on a very reasonable flat fee. I strongly recommend him for anyone who is considering going through a bankruptcy and needs some guidance without the stress.

Ira was amazing throughout the whole process. He was incredibly accessible any time we had a question or needed advice. An issue came up during the walk through on the day before closing, which happened to be a holiday weekend, and Ira went above and beyond, putting in great effort to address the issue as efficiently as possible. The closing itself was quite complicate due to the issue that had arisen at the last minute, and Ira once again handled it incredibly, while maintaining a cheerful attitude through the difficult process. I hired Mr. Plotnick to represent me at my horrible divorce and trial. While opposing counselor and my ex lied their way through, Mr. Plotnick did everything he possibly could always being professional and true to the facts. I really appreciated his effort, honesty, and smart way of asking questions at the trial when I worked pro-se on the appeal of the judgment. Working on my Brief I found everything in the transcripts that I needed for my appeal to be successful. I won my appeal and I’m not an attorney. Based on the trial evidence presented to the judge by Mr.Plotnick, all three Appellate Court judges recognized that our trial judge abused her discretion (the judge retired after my appeal). After appeal I re-hired Mr. Plotnick and with his help we reached a settlement on my terms. I highly recommend Mr. Plotnick for divorce case and trial. I trusted his experience, knowledge, intuition, and always felt that he is on my side.

If I could give this attorney group zero stars, I would. After our offer on a home was accepted and we invested thousands of dollars into inspections, appraisals, and all the necessary steps, they unethically rescinded our offer. This group has no regard for the emotional or financial impact they caused. My wife and I had been saving for years to buy our dream home, and after weeks of being led to believe we had it, they pulled the rug out from under us. Their actions were immoral, unethical, and they did not act in good faith. Avoid this firm at all costs.

Don’t know the law. Requesting payment constantly. Can’t provide 1 invoice or detailed billing after a year of payment. Failed to show up in court. Can’t follow up on motions. You need to beg for communication (so busy doing nothing) and never get it. Was not noticed about fillings and appearances I was to attend until a few days before……

At one point telling me point blank "I don't have time for this" when I didn't understand what he was explaining. Given his hefty fees, I don't consider his services or his attitude worth the price at all.
