I consulted Ms. Stuart for post nuptial issues that are unrelenting. She gave me her full time and attention and read over my documents, allowed me to ask any questions, gave full opinions based on the law, and provided helpful insight. She is straightforward and honest. That I can say. If hired, I would be able to provide more as to her handling opposing counsel and court, IF it came to that.

Judith Garcia is a wonderful attorney and anyone that needs help with their immigration matters should contact her and hire her! I was very happy with the services Robert Caputo provided for my house sale. Contract was so convenient for me, all done remotely, I was able to send required documents and do my signing via e signature. Closing was a distance away and inconvenient for me, so he arranged a pre-signing at his local office. Every document I needed to sign was explained to me and gave me complete confidence in the process. Proceeds went to account specified quickly, all final documents emailed to me. I had a problem with a bogus outstanding lien that was preventing us from being able to close a real estate transaction on behalf of my parents' Estate. Billy Skulikidis came to my rescue! He reviewed all the information provided, asked a few questions and came up with a solution that should have successfully terminated the lien. When my termination filing was rejected by the County Clerk's Office, Billy followed up with the attorney there that same day. He then forwarded the parts of the law that supported his position. Ultimately, the County attorney agreed to accept the termination filing Billy had prepared for me and the lien has now been cleared.
We are now scheduled for closing. Great job by Billy and so much appreciated!

Save yourself from steve the worst unresponsive lawyer on long Island. I was hardly contacted the entire time of the sale and purchase of my houses. We had to call him every step on the way asking what we needed to do for the next step, this guy barely returned a phonecall the same day, sometimes taking even multiple days. From not involving myself in an email chain to keep me updated with what's going on, to him not talking to his partner to know what the contract was that he was working on, not knowing the correct closing date, and just not having a clue to talk to her first to make a plan before talking to me. Do not use him unless you enjoy a stressful time. He doesn't look closely at contracts at all and I told him to not take a pool table, and he never talked to me about it, and left it in the contract costing me 400$ after closing to remove it, he straight up lied to my face, Do not use him no matter what

Lack of effort . Got nothing that i asked for. Never returns calls. Does no leg work. He did more for my ex wife’s attorney than hers did. He absolutely sat on his hands and did nothing but take 5 k in retainer and got absolutely nothing that was asked or needed. He is absolutely the worst choice i could of made . Just a horrible reference from another attorney for a simple cut and dry case. I am absolutely disgusted i hired him . I wish i could sue for malpractice...

I hired this attorney for real estate needs in purchasing my new home. The attorney and his assistant Michelle have done nothing but made my experience a nightmare. There is zero communication and in order to get things done I had to handle everything that I could myself. Michelle was rude and had an attitude through out this process and almost made me lose the house I was buying. She has screwed up a number of times and try’s to put the blame on someone else claiming she never received the paperwork. They are unprofessional and unorganized. They are never in the office on regular business days when they should. It’s hard to get a phone call back after leaving several messages.

Paul was our attorney when we bought our first home. Paul's secretary would answer the phone and always leave him messages but I could easily go 3 weeks without speaking to him. After we closed we had a special clause in our contract that allowed the sellers to remain in the house for a per diem. It took 2 months for the sellers to move out, and during that time when we wanted updates from Paul, we heard from him a total of zero times. I finally found a way through to Paul and he assured me all was going well and after the sellers moved out he'd alert the other attorney to release the funds that were in Escrow. Several weeks later we have not received our money and Paul has yet to return any of the dozens upon dozens of phone calls and messages we have left him.

His office legal malpractice, caused.He has no interest at all. Ziegler, Forgot to file Real estate papers in Suffolk Clerks office. I have lost my condo due to his errors. They didn't know I owner the condo, refused my condo fees because I was not the rightful owner. I was never served as they didn't know I owned the condo. I have lost the appeal and will have to spend more money if I get the rights to go to COURT OF APPEALS in Albany.
Also has refused to return my money from Aunt's court suit. Lean was on this case for $81 thousand. Not one penny has been returned. Used my RN bill, then on another court suit stated my aunt only needed AIDE to get himself off.
