I consulted Ms. Stuart for post nuptial issues that are unrelenting. She gave me her full time and attention and read over my documents, allowed me to ask any questions, gave full opinions based on the law, and provided helpful insight. Judith Garcia is a wonderful attorney and anyone that needs help with their immigration matters should contact her and hire her! As a medical professional managing various aspects of my practice, I engaged Smith Carroad Wan & Parikh, P.C. in April 2023 to handle certain collection matters on my behalf. Unfortunately, my experience with their services over the past year has been profoundly disappointing and concerning.
Initially, there was an inexplicable delay of seven months before any contact was made with the defendant. This delay not only caused frustration but also raised doubts about the firm's efficiency and commitment to our case.
Furthermore, despite assurances of regular updates and communication, we often found ourselves in the position of having to initiate contact with the firm for status updates. This lack of proactive communication was particularly troubling, as it left us feeling overlooked and uncertain about the progress of our case.
The proposed resolution offered by Smith Carroad Wan & Parikh was equally unsatisfactory. Their suggestion of a $50.00 monthly payment plan would have required an estimated 11.5 years to resolve the matter, which is clearly impractical and unacceptable.
Overall, the experience with Smith Carroad Wan & Parikh, P.C. has not met the professional standards or expectations outlined in our initial agreement. As a result, regrettably, we have had to terminate our contract with them. This decision is based on the firm's failure to provide timely and effective services, as well as their apparent lack of commitment to achieving a satisfactory resolution.
In conclusion, I cannot recommend Smith Carroad Wan & Parikh, P.C. for collection services based on my firsthand experience. The issues we encountered have had a significant impact on our trust and confidence in their abilities to handle legal matters effectively and professionally.
