The only words I could say is that Joe law firm stood by me every step of the way made me understand what the laws for would workman's comp very compassionate concerned and gave me a call just about every day to check on me. When I was rear ended and my car totaled, I *thought* this was a very clear cut case that should be settled quickly. However, the other party's insurance company clearly did not see closing my personal injury case as a priority, and the months dragged on with no resolution. A friend recommended to me Pierce & Sloan, who had helped her with two car accident cases.
As soon as they obtained all my records, everything was wrapped up so quickly! I learned that even if you don't think you need representation, it's super helpful to have someone on your side who knows the ropes and will make sure you aren't left hanging. Everyone I interacted with was very helpful and personable. It was such a relief to receive my personal injury compensation and move on from this incident.
I hope to not find myself in this position again, but if I do I will be contacting Pierce & Sloan right away!

Ryan Lane and his office staff are to be commended. Mr. Lane represented me to modify a divorce regarding child support. I truly experienced justice with him. I told him several different outcomes I wanted as far as child support. He thoroughly explained why some things would I wanted were in line with child support law and why some things wouldn’t be good because they weren’t in line with the law. Josh represented me in a criminal case back in 2021 that I was unfairly accused of some major felonies that could have ended with 85 years behind bars.
Through his diligence and expertise he was able to get it plead down to a single misdemeanor with 3 years probation from 3 separate felony charges and 85 years.

Denny completely destroys the stereotype of the sleazy lawyer. Kind, patient, and oh so honest, he is outstanding in every way possible. We saw him for our estate trust. He told us right up front the cost, and how we would proceed. And then we did. No “hidden charges”, nothing he forgot to tell us, everything has gone exactly as he described. We have been so impressed with Denny, that we have recommended him to several of my friends, and they all praise him much as I have done in this review. The only problem with Denny is that he is not my next door neighbor! If he can’t be your neighbor either, at least be sure he is your attorney. You will never regret it.

I called Attorney Fraser as the first step toward hiring an attorney for a legal need. He asked questions, considered my need and rendered an honest opinion that he is not the attorney that I need. Fair enough. But, then he went on to share twenty minutes of his. valuable time to help me sort through the issue, recommend other attorneys and professionals who could serve me and to help me with other pertinent considerations. I highly recommend Mr. Mcleod. It is sad and disturbing how insurance company's treat you when a family member passes away. My 4 year son was left a life insurance policy by his loving, generous Uncle and the insurance company did all they could not to give my son what belonged to him without making us spend a large sum to get it. After going to another lawyer who said basically I need to pay the money to get my son his, I found Mr. Mcleod who immediately said that's not right. Needless to say I will be going to Mr. Mcleod for all my Lawyer needs as long as he is in business!!!

I was in a bad situation with an old debt that went back several years. I had tried to call and get it settled a few years back but I had some problems with getting the debt collection agency, at the time, to give me an agreement in writing or accept my checks for payment. They wanted me to give them access to my bank account so they could do automatic withdrawal. I finally quit talking to them and just ignored it all (right or wrong). Needless to say interest and penalties added up and it was just driving me crazy to still have that out there. I went to Andrea because I did not want to go through the aggravation of dealing with them again. She was very thorough in making sure she had all the relevant information and was able to settle my case for a fraction of what they said I owed. I would use her again in a heart beat and recommend her to anyone who is need of her expertise.
