Best lawyer in the tow of MA.
Salvo a este inocente padre de familia de una condena de 33 años. No era culpable, pero las pruebas fabricadas, me condenaban.
Mr. No durmió por varias noches indagando las pruebas “fotos, video etc etc”,
Hasta que vio una parte de un video, donde se veía claramente que, las sustancias que me habían achacados ya estaban ahí en el carro de patrulla. Ya que, yo todavía no había entrado al carro. Mr. Pacella tomó una captura de pantalla, y esa fue la prueba que derrotó al gigante.
Aparte de los diálogos con el juez en court room.
“ No todos los abogados se desvelan por un caso de un cliente”.
Mr. Pacella coge tu caso seriamente.

I was not guilty, but the fabricated evidence condemned me.
An inexperienced lawyer and I would not be writing this review, and at least not from the comfort of my home. BUT JEAIL.
Mr. Pacella did not sleep for several nights investigating the evidence "photos, video etc etc",
Until he saw a part of a video, where it was clearly seen that the substances they had accused me of were already there in the patrol car. Since I had not yet entered the car.
Mr. Pacella took a screenshot, and that was the evidence that defeated the giant,
Including the way the case was presented to the judges who were in charge of the case, all his tactics and experiences.
“ Not all lawyers stay up all night for a client's case” Mr. Pacella take your cases xtra serious..

I recently used Ms. Hardee for the closing on the sale of my home. There were several tricky aspects of this closing including the fact that the attorney who handled a re-finance 20 years ago did not properly record the deed changes.
Ms. Hardee is the ultimate professional. She persisted in her follow up on this problem until it was solved. Of course, the bank in question had been absorbed four times due to mergers, so she had to follow this chain to get the necessary information.
There were other issues, including the buyer's attorney not understanding a special agricultural status of my property. Where I would have expressed my frustration, she continued to handle these issues with grace and the provision of the legal information needed to finally educate him.
Throughout, Ms. Hardee kept me informed, coordinated with my realtor and moved the process to the final conclusion, i.e., actually closing on the designated date and making sure that everything was in order.
While Real Estate closings are often routine, this one was not. Ms. Hardee's expert handling of this indicates to me that she is very intellligent, has wide ranging understanding of the legal process, the perseverance to explore all angles of an issue, and the ability to deal professionally with many different personalities. And her integrity is beyond reproach.
I highly recommend Ms. Hardee. I feel confident that my case was handled in a thorough, professional and intelligent manner.
I am sure that Ms. Hardee would be an asset to any legal process, including those much more complex than real estate closings.

I want to start off by saying Dan is a great person!! I was stressed out and nervous for almost a month before I called Dan!! After a free 30 minute consultation, Dan had made it so I was less stressed and he told me he would take care of everything!! If you need an attorney, call Dan Daly immediately before anyone else. I’ve had quite a few lawyers in the past and attorney Daly is easily the best attorney I’ve had. His experience being a former police officer, former assistant district attorney, and an assistant attorney general puts him above any lawyer in western Massachusetts. Communication with your attorney is key in a hopeful good result in your case and Dan is very responsive whether it’s by call or text he will get back to you quick. He had my hearing thrown out in 2 minutes, was only in the courthouse for 15 minutes.

Injured at work and found out insurance isn't there just to help. I was being cut off on my much needed services. I learned insurance is all about cutting you off as soon as they can do it and not providing you the careand services that you are entitled to. Mr Cullinan overcame the obstacles of my case and reached a just settlement with any physical care necessary related to injury for the rest of my life. By far the best Criminal Defense lawyer! I honestly am still in awe from the representation, I can't stop talking about it- when your partner is looking at 10 years and they only give him 2.5, but will be home within 8 months of the final court date? Yea that's magic! Magician, Lawyer, all the same thing at this point. He has a passion for his work, it exudes, he just is an expert! Lisa is extremely aggressive and shall win your case no matter what. If you are at fault go to her and she will make the opponent look like a lire. She has a way of questioning people where she can prove anything. You do not need to be innocent to be Lisa's client, you just have to have her as your attorney and you will have a guaranteed win. Another plus is she has close contacts with higher, so your opposing party is dead. I profited handsomely and I recommend her 150%.

Had went to this firm as I knew many people went here and heard good things and hired Julie A. Dialessi-Lafley as our attorney. Biggest mistake ever!!! We payed thousands upfront for her help and in the end we ended up doing it all ourselves. In beginning we gave all the information we needed to give to get our alcohol license. After that it was the paralegals who were the ones that did EVERYTHING! All forms kept having mistakes and being sent back! What should have taken maybe a month or two months took almost a year and it was only done because we went online and looked it up and did everything ourselves. Wasted thousands of dollars on this lawyer when we didn’t even deal with her but paralegals and everything they did was wrong😑. Don’t hire Julie A. Dialessi-Lafley because she will just pass off everything to incompetent paralegals Who can’t fill forms out correctly.
