Alex did a presentation at a retirement planning course I attended. I was very impressed with the content of his presentation including and especially his demeanor.
Shortly after we met at his office where I also met Katie and Taylor. All 3 are just awesome and gave me the feeling that my estate planning was as important to them as it was to me.
Alex asked great probing questions, took great notes followed up with my Financial Planner and shortly after I received all of the documents. They were all prepared exactly right and we finished up with a signing in their office.
Alex and his team are first rate and I give them my highest recommendation.

Mr. Ponsoldt has been our counsel for 20 plus years, we have had several attorneys working on other cases however He gets the job done correctly and understands what our mission is on each case and keeps us in check. I was recommended to John by a friend who had been in a case where John was the opposing attorney. My friend told me after losing the case that John was a real gentleman and honest. After interviewing with him I have used his office for the last 14 years for several real estate transactions and family law because I know he is fair but bulldog tough. HIs ethics are impeccable. I would not go to court without consulting him. It is my observation that he is well respected in the christian community and in the courtroom. His office staff are very professional and personable. Josh Shankman took total charge of the closing of our newly purchased home in Stuart, Florida, on April 27th, 2020, safely masked in an outdoor tent, shortly after the pandemic was declared, for Christopher J. Hi, My name is Kristine.
1 year ago I had 2 unexpected major surgeries and 2 ER visits.
This situation put me in a heugh financial dilemma on which is how I came to call on the office of Randall Fischer.
Karen and I spoke, we met with Randall and developed a game plan for my overwhelming circumstances. I had "no" idea what I was getting into, but, it was made aware to me right away that I was in the right hands. After a very long time {because to the covid and the courts being closed} my date and court case was handled and done.

Called the office 5x left messages with theresa the secretary .and since he is not my lawyer but my brothers he will not talk to me regarding my moms Will.. and deed to her home..I want a copy of the Will mom died march 14th at hospice and since my family does not speak I am a daughter who is treated like a stranger and unless something has been done AGAIN to the will and deeds by this lawyer vs john karp who refused to change my 92 year old mothers and husbands documents who i trusted vs this lawyer who will not talk to me .what are you hiding call me with the information ..you should not change documents with elderly with cognitive issues

I had a great experience with Katz&Associates. Several years ago I was on the verge of losing my home to foreclosure. Mr. Katz and his team worked hard for me and negotiated an amazing deal with my bank. In the end another couple bought my home in a short sale, and I was able to walk away with out a judgement.
