I reached out to Mary to inquire about my financial situation. She returned my message immediately and send me lots of reading information. She answered all of my questions and was available via e-mail, phone or text. She would often answer my questions late at night and never made me feel like any of my questions were not important. She is very knowledgeable and compassionate, and I would recommend her for anybody who is having financial difficulties. She walked me through all of the steps and was able to put my mind at ease.

I had worked with Mary many years ago and was extremely impressed then with her legal talent, professionalism and commitment to getting the best resolution for our situation. She was always very clear and direct on what we needed to do, and also very forthright on what outcomes we could expect.

Would give them a zero star rating, but it is not possible. They have the worst turn-around time. Do not follow up with you. Based on the lack of good customer relations is why my rating is what it is… would suggest Nave Law Firm. They will bill you for work that they have not even performed!

If you want a lawyer who shakes in court, can’t answer questions the judge asks, overcharges you, doesn’t communicate when they make decisions days before a court appearance and your lawyer doesn’t appear or call to let you know they are sending someone else, neglects to listen, or appropriately respond to billing questions then these are the Lawyers for you! I wanted to like them and thought my case was pretty straightforward, however, instead of just worrying about my case I have been worrying about the terrible services provided by Colwell and what they will do next to disappoint.

I absolutely love Oot & Associates!! Leah Oot has been my attorney for about 5 years working on my nightmarish workers compensation case!! I mistakenly went with another attorney (Aaron Zimmerman) in the beginning and it cost me thousands of dollars and my life savings!! After shedding them, I retained Leah Oot of Oot & Associates and Leah & company righted the wrongs and got me moving in the right direction!! There are tons of Workers Comp attorneys out there, but choosing the wrong one can truly cost you a fortune and a world of grief, as it fid me!! Had a pretty complicated land sale that these folks handled for me. Complicated because the land had been in the family for well over 100 years and there were no surveys. They coordinated all the details on the abstract, etc and got the job done. While I've worked with many attorneys in a professional capacity, Tom was the first lawyer I hired for personal representation. And after an exceptional experience, I don't think I'll ever need to hire another lawyer again.
Dealing with insurance litigation is nerve-racking. And for me, this was my first experience, adding confusion and uncertainty to my state of mind. Tom was great in educating me on the process, and as we got into the case he was outstanding about providing regular communication along the way. He really made me feel as though I was his most important client, which, knowing what I know about the scope of my small insurance case in the context of his large and very reputable firm, I recognize I am not. His personality is a real asset.
And aside from his exceptional client service, in working my case Tom demonstrated mastery of his craft. He was able to accelerate the proceedings of the insurance case and negotiated a favorable settlement that, quite honestly, exceeded my every expectation.

Chris Smith made the process of selling my home effortless. Compared to other lawyers Chris was timely in all his communications and went above and beyond in getting my house closed saving me one month's mortgage payment in addition to obtaining a check for the equity. He also took care of my final water bill and made clear any actions I needed to take in the process.
In Addition, Chris was kind enough to offer me his office to take an exam certification when he became aware this was hindering my ability to take the test. I was struggling to find someone with a license to be present while I take the exam online and sign an affidavit. I'll always be grateful for Chris's kindness and diligence.

Ed Fintel went above and beyond the normal call of duty for our real estate closing in Syracuse. He processed some papers while on vacation. When a paper needed signing by the invalid owner of the house next-door, he went with me to her home and helped convince her to sign. Ms hunt represented me for a time before for technical reasons we had to part paths. I'm dealing with a difficult family court case that she was with me for for a few months. I had submitted evidence to her that showed that the statement against me was false, but the device I had it recorded on was stolen. I contacted her as a final hope and she responded with in a few days with the evidence! This may seem like a random review but my time spent with Elizabeth was very positive!
