My case didn't look too great after the state picked it up and wanted to prosecute as a felony. I knew it was time to find an acceptional Attourney with a winning attitude. Someone that doesn't like to lose just as much as me. I made the call. Mr. Hamilton's receptionist took down my information and within a short amount of time I was speaking to Paul about my case. He never made any promises or told me we would get it dismissed. He did listen to me and understood my position. I was told clearly what I could expect at worse. The court date arrives. They gave an offer, which Mr. Hamilton politely declined. I left with intentions of trial. 3 hours later I received a call and he told me my case was dismissed and to come handle the paperwork. With all of this being said, your attorney is only as good as your expectations. I would recommend Paul Hamilton to anyone seeking legal advice/council.

Paul brought me down from numerous felonies to just one. If you EVER, have any sort of legal issues at all, Paul Hamilton out of Nashville is who you need to call. I cant even begin to explain what a terrible situation I was in.. and for him to be able to pull off the deal he did says he is a hell of a lawyer. As bad of a situation I was in, and the charges I faced (which were not minor charges).. for him to be able to bring it down to what he did is absolutely amazing. Even with a DUI, I did not lose my license.. Not only did he save my future career, but he ensured that one single mistake did not ruin my life and turn my kids lives upside down. He stays dedicated to the case and truly cares for his clients. He will listen to what you need and he will go above and beyond to make it happen. You cannot go wrong with this attorney. Paul was awesome from day 1! If you find yourself in trouble, especially in South Georgia, Mr. Hamilton is the man you want on your side! Had 4 felonies and 2 misdemeanors dropped to 1 felony. I sold my home in Hahira Georgia and this firm handled the closing, Kaycee Grow. Closing was on 11-9, via a power of attorney that I had set up previously. On 11-9, I watched my bank account for a wire deposit. When it was 5PM and I did not get the money I started making phone calls. My realtor called me back to tell me that things were delayed, and I would not get the money until the next day. I wrote an email to Kaycee saying it was very inconsiderate not to call me and tell me that. She called the next morning and apologized. I then asked when I would receive my documents, she said in about a week. I protested and asked for an overnight delivery, she the said I would need to pay for it. After some back and forth she reluctantly agreed. It wound up being mailed as a 2 day UPS package. I have done around 10 home closings, and have always received my documents in a folder, usually with the law firms name and a couple of business cards attached. My documents were simply thrown in this UPS envelope. That shows me a lack of pride in her employer, and an unprofessional delivery of my documents. Would not recommend..
