I went to the Law Offices of Roman P. Mosqueda last October 2014 to petition my children and wife. My case was complicated. I did the petition for my children and wife by myself and with no knowledge filled out the forms incorrectly. I was frustrated and stressed because immigration was sending me letters which I didn’t understand. I decided to seek the help of Mr. Mosqueda. When I first met Atty. Mosqueda he was very patient and courteous as well as his assistant Crystal. Crystal went above and beyond to help me with my ignorance with immigration. Within four months my family got an interview and is now residing with me which was a dream come true. Therefore, I would like to commend Atty. Atty Ramon and his team is a Top Gun! Helped me evict a very difficult tenant. My tenant is a gold digger, subleasing my place illegally. Tenant use all type of excuses to earn $$$. Having Atty Ramon helped stopped instead i was able to get an order from court that he will pay for all my cost and pay more! Best of All his out of my territory.

Karo is the most gentle, understanding attorney I've ever had, and he really is able to give you a picture of your situation from both the ground level, and at 30,000 feet. He was so good at informing me of all the contingencies I should expect to deal with along the way, and we talked extensively about those contingencies and how we might deal with them if they arise. When you have a lawyer who is able to give you insight into all the unexpected things that might pop up along the way, you feel much better prepared and much less nervous. Every other lawyer I've ever had just makes things worse and makes me more anxious than before I retained them. It makes you wonder "why did I even hire a lawyer at all if they are going to only raise my anxiety levels?" Karo was the exact opposite of that. He made me feel confident and sure of my position. But what surprised me most about Karo is that despite his gentle nature, he is quite a fierce litigator. And he is worth his weight in gold on so many levels. We highly recommend Mr. Nader. We needed to have a real estate lawyer to go over an offer on our house. At the time, we did not have our own agent. Mr. Nader listened to what we needed and then sent over a limited-scope retainer agreement which described the conditions of his agreement, scope of services, and his fee. Everything was made clear as to exactly what services we could expect from him. He resolved our problems in a very professional and polite manner. It was a pleasure dealing with Mr. Nader.

Mr Nader is the best lawyer in the industry. I called him regarding an eviction I received from my landlord for being late on my rent, that I payed within a few days after and I paid the following month to show my intent to resolve the matter. He advised me to go to court and file a no regarding the eviction. l offered to pay him upfront for this service he declined and told me to contact him back if they issued a court date.
Ending result the landlord accepted my rent n dropped the eviction with out having to go to court. Mr Nader is an exceptional attorney very professional and helped me thru this process.
I wish I could give him 10 stars. Thanks again sir.

I contacted Nader to arrange a consultation on an issue with my HOA. He listened intently, asked me many questions and examined multiple documents. In a half hour, he had a working understanding of a rather complicated, years old issue. In the end, he offered great advice which helped me resolve the issue quickly, painlessly and inexpensively. Having to contact an attorney because your loved one was neglected or abused was very difficult to process, however for our mother, it was the best decision we made. We got very lucky finding Adam at Peck Law Group. Adam took at look at our case and said let's do this, I got you guys. He was compassionate to our emotional struggles, yet did what he needed to do for us and our mom. He provided us with a successful outcome, which we know wasn't a walk in the park, but he made it feel like it was.

i had a mess going on, my business partner tried to rip me off while he and my wife had an affair, then tried to have me arrested for sexual assault. Loren was able to get my business contracts in order, Handled my divorce and custody issues, then he was also able to hande the criminal case and get the DA to throw it out completely!! i can not express how truly amazed i am that this all happened to me, and more importantly that LOren and his staff were able to sort out all my problems.

If you hire julia make sure its written that she will pay from her share doctors or groups she uses to help your case. Im still paying for groups she used to help my case. Julia took 40% of my settlement its not fair that one has to pay people she contracts.
