Last year I was injured while shopping in a larger department store. I felt hopeless and had no idea where to turn for help. My medical bills were adding up, and i had limited use of my right hand due to the injury. The department store had several of their own representatives and lawyers calling me and offering little to no compensation. They kept telling me to sign a release statement of theirs. I didn't know what to do and I was about to give up when a friend of mine gave me the number to Hamilton and Hamilton. He said they have helped him in the past and that he thought they could help me too.
I called Attorney Christopher Hamilton the same day, and explained briefly what had happened to me. He listened to all I was going through and immediately took my case. He immediately made me feel at ease with his professionalism and confidence. I knew it wouldn't be easy dealing with the department stores attorneys , but he never backed down. He fought for everything I deserved.. He was so helpful, and kept me informed during the whole process. Attorney Keleher is fantastic. From day one he showed genuine care for me and my situation regarding a former employer. I had been dealing with my situation for the better part of a year and was feeling hopeless that things would ever be solved. I am a recent college graduate and as such did not have a lot of money to spend on legal representation, but felt that my situation could not be resolved without getting outside help. Glen seems to be more concerned with volume of business than with helping individuals. Incredibly, incredibly unresponsive and doesn't put the interest of the client first. Multiple calls and notes went unreturned and the few he did get to were quick, impersonal and failed to provide answers to the questions posed. The closing was rushed and disorganized.

I used her for a closing in 2009. She did not bother to review the plot plan. When later it turned out there was an encrouchment, she said "that's what title insurance is for" I had to hire a new attorney to clean up the mess. Today is my 2 year aniversary after the closing, legal expenses are at $ 20,000 - no settlement in sight.
