My wife and I hired Alyssa Turner to defuse a complicated fence dispute issue with an unhinged neighbor (who freeloaded for years off our privacy fence) and then threatened us with legal action and more because we provided a courtesy notice we were removing and replacing our fence with one well inside our property line so neighbors couldn't attach to it and so we could maintain it without needing anyones permission to go on their property. My belligerent neighbor went mental because they have 3 large dogs and would have to pay for their own fence if we took down our fence; they claimed it was on their property and we would be trespassing if we tried to remove it. Alyssa served legal notice on our neighbor that we would exercise our property rights and was literally there for us on fence tear down day when this hostile neighbor called the police, ensuring law enforcement knew we were within our legal rights. Alyssa is a compassionate attorney, and a tenacious and fierce advocate. We are so grateful to her and would not hesitate to hire her again!
