Paul is really great to work with. I always felt confident that he understood my concerns and he was great with clearly communicating all my options. I had a credit card that I had to let go during some difficult financial times and the credit card company was fighting hard to collect from me including getting a judgment and garnishing my checking account. Paul, with just a couple phone calls, was able to negotiate an amazing settlement for me and finally got these guys off my back! Paul knows his stuff and I would recommend him to anyone.

WOW what to say about this law firm. How about every lawyer joke written!?!? These guys are liars, unprofessional, disrespectful, arrogant to any one that isn't rich or part of their clubs, and will play the victim card when it suits them after being tone deaf to your situation. I hired them when I was out of state working, and was a telephone client only and didn't, they didn't have the respect to have me come into the office when I got back into the state a week later. Don't do that!!!! You have to show up to these guys office and look them in the eyes for them to probably take you seriously. They will do the typical Utah bubble state attit of taking your politeness for being weak and don't realize the other side of you is a monster that has been pushed to the edge by the very family that you are asking for their help to fight. I gave them a specific 6 week time line of being in Utah between jobs and they assured me that they could get things started. Had to call them 2 weeks of being in state, which took 2-3 and talking to different guys named John, so confusing later on when trying to find the right lawyer. Talked to John 2 great conversation and gave me hope and was excited that I hired these guys. Told me he would call me the next day Friday or Monday. Took off for 3 weeks without saying a word. Called a week later figuring things got busy. Called in look for John? On a Friday. Told me John1 leaves for half day Friday. Email John?1/2, tells me he is dealing with a family emergency and call me Monday. Next Friday write an email asking what's up, and the phone call, told again next Monday. Tuesday call the law firm to find out John2 is who I am dealing with and he is out of state for a family emergency and he will back Friday continues for another week. The last week I have in town John2 calls and the first minute I can tell I was getting the brush off after being ghosted for 4 weeks. During the conversation he twisted and was tone deaf to my 16 years of being broke and on the verge of suicide trying to deal with my family in a civil and orderly way that society says you should try first instead of having to sue your family, so you can still have a family after all the dust is settled. Even after the 2 most abusive people in my family died suddenly of mysterious natural causes that can only be explained as irony of the universe. The abuse continues by aunts and uncles. But how do you deal with a family that lies, cheats and steals from each other my whole life. The Arrogance of these lawyers made me want to show up and scream in their face so they would actually listen to me as a customer/client. It took everything not to the last week not to show up. I wanted to go back to work.
